finally, my boy gets some representation! also i recommend vampire revenge with all def%, focus on resistance and accuracy as well cause he's gonna be taking a lot of hits, and a little bit of hp to just to make sure he sustains himself well. you dont really need speed as much (IMO) since when he dies, he just revives, and unless he's really being focused or your rune quality aint that good, he shouldn't end up dead.
I Prefer fast Despair control build. Spd def/hp acc/hp. Not SLOW bruiser, Not vampire for sure. 1. 2turns provoke + 2 turns slow debuff both r too good to CONTROL & OVERLAP the enemies. Free protection while cc is huge. 2. Building him tank (all def% for ex) kinda waste for unit with self revive kit. He has 25% damage reduction if under thunderer state anyway. Also, he gonna get 3 turns thunderer state after revive. Letting him die n get another 3 thunderer state can be good rather than not die but stun himself (when the thunderer state end) IMO. 3. Why not Vampire : He has self healing on s2 + and we know indra family dmge r so shit. So less damage output = less heal for vamp. 4. Why not Revenge : He'll be targeted. There's a lot good s1 units out there that can stun/cc/debuff. His S1 did nothing eventho on revenge coz enemy atb will be 0 after they hit u. Unless u want to cut enemy from getting another turn (vio). Kinda 5head but chance to happen very rare. 5. Hp>def. He'll get free +1 Thunderer state if the enemy does damage that less than 10% of his MAX HP. This is huge coz he gonna stun himself once the thunderer state ends. So the key is Let him stacks on his own. 6. Extra hit to other units with the same element on S1 is the main reason I prefer despair. Vio is oookay if u have extra sets.

I got both Parjanya and Water Onmyouji. It was unexpected tbh but I ain't complaining. Parjanya seems really cool when I saw him or his bros go into thunderer mode and I wanted him. Lol going to try and rune him and Onmyouji up best I can. 😅 but I'm sure I won't have the stats necessary to make them the best

Im really surprised why there are little to no reviews of him. Pulled him on 1st day. Runed him spd/crt rate/def. Slot 4 can be crt dmg, depends on rune quality. Focus on def and spd with good hp on substats. Alse need some accuracy. He's hard to build but a good unit imo
