I am 70 years old. When I first joined a band in Hong Kong when I was 15. It was the first song we played. I came to Liverpool, UK in 1970 all because oif The Beatles, Searchers, etc etc and now obviously the football team. Great people in LIverpool. Warm people.
In defense of this group: The criticism is that all are looking down instead of at the camera. It is obvious to me that every member of this group is learning his or her instrument When I was learning bass guitar back in the late 60s I never took my eyes off the fret board until the day when I realized my fingers were automatically going to the right notes while I was now concentrating on adding backup vocals. The lead singer of this group has a smooth attractive voice. I’m sure that producing this video was a wonderful learning experience for all involved.

If this was a radio broadcast like the old days of radio...and you didn't see them at all, just listening to this is really good...try closing your eyes or look away. I'm 66 yrs old and radio is older then video and the sound was recorded well. The drummer looked comfortable coming out of that break. I am a Rock and Metal musician and it took me a couple of moments to click, but I did because I remember this song when I was young kid. Nice!
We used to sit just outside the lounge (we were too young to go inside) in the bowling alley where the Cascades played every weekend. Thank you for the nice rendition. A lots of memories here.
