In the video the buccopharyngeal membrane ruptures.... and the ectoderm comes in contact with the endoderm........where is the mesoderm then?? Or is the buccopharyngeal itself the mesoderm??? Please explain.
Thanks for this video Dr! But the thing I can't figure out is how rupturing of buccopharyngeal membrane contributes to odontogenesis because it involves in the video. Dr or someone who can relate the concepts kindly explains to me. Please.
Uh said in the video of tooth development that the buccopharyngeal membrane ruptures at 27th day of pregnancy but at 27 th day, it is formed & at 37th day it is ruptured
My root canal treatment was started 17 april of 2020 and roots are not removed and there good in condition it was filled with temporary cement till now it is not removed So if I show opg x- ray to any endodontics and if there is any chance to regrow new plup-dentine complex and if possible then enamel too, means whole teeth development if possible, then it is possible to do this treatment .
Hi Subham, First of all enamel cannot regrow thats why tooth filling is done or capping of the tooth is done. In root canal treatment root isn't removed, the pulp is removed and the infections are flushed out and filled with appropriate material. Then once the root infection is taken care of, the tooth has to be brought back to its normal shape..this is done by filling it if the cavity is less or if its a lot then capping need to be done. Sometimes if the crown is severely damaged then post and core is done first followed by capping. Visit your endodontist for proper treatment.
alykomaslam sister thanks a lot for that great effort and help people you do not know them ..your channel perfect but I have note hope you accept it .. I wish if you speak about topic in more than one video please number it under clear headline. this make it for us more easy . thanks again for help....GREA GREETING fro Egypt and England
do you think in age 7 years enamel can still grow on the tooth.? my daughter enamel on the #1 tooth did not grow properly looks like there is lack of enamel on the tooth. Do you think in age of 7 ameloblast still produce enamel or they are not longer exist in the tooth?.
I like your every video. But can you please include the demonstration of permanent maxillary first premolar tooth carving. It is the difficult part in first year.
Can you make it fast. Exam will come soon. I watch other video relating the tooth carving . But I can't understand. I know you can make it simple as soon as possible. Easy and understandable teaching. Keep it up.

Plz make video on biomechanics of RPD
Very helpful thank you sister, but I don't understand where the ectoderm went & how it became ectomesenchyme at the bottom?
Ectoderm gets ruptured at 27th day of pregnancy... connective tissue underlying endoderm is basically ectomesnchyme in origin.
Srry endodrm get ruptured...
Basal cells from ectoderm proliferates, from which dental lamina and others are formed
