During the bell stage, the inner layer of cells of the enamel organ will differentiate into ameloblasts. This is followed by the outer layer of cells of the dental papilla, which will differentiate into odontoblasts and begin to lay down dentin.
Brilliant super clear and very important aporeciate the next stage in dentistry ,the development of adult teeth from toothe buds ,,why dont they use the earlier phase neural loop or ealier stages rather than use toothe buds ? Could they theowrically use decoding or electoral stimulation of some kind to mimic he signals of the earliest environment turning genes on again ,a kind of Quatum biological approach, or use biochemical catalyst like the Yaminaka factors to reverse ageing and the tech might start to regrow, just ideas 💡
