Tater salad yum! A friend of mine wears Topos Magnifly 4 shoes she swears by for plantar fasciitis. A cold beer sure would be good with those salt & vinegar chips. Head net is great for spider webs as well as bugs.
I realized that added benefit of the head net today!!
Neither macaroni nor potato salad as they have eggs which I don’t eat. May I suggest a third alternate side: pasta salad or baked beans?

Do you need new shoes? Have you tried KT tape across your arch? Hope your foot improves.
I have used some KT tape. It doesn’t stay on very long but it has helped a bit. I’ll put more on tonight. Also, going to be sending for new shoes in a couple days to be sent to Hanover I think.
