Yep, BTDT. Hate when that happens. 😒 Good save on that shelf! I did that A-Model B-57, it's okay. Have done a couple of the Revell box-scale kits, in my younger days.
Nice to see that Hun finished! I Llike the B-57 too...gotta keep my eyes peeled for it....I had a relatively productive day working on an old Airfix Beaufighter, a Matchbox Me-262 and an Academy Mig-21...brush painting because I loathe my airbrush! Thanks for this update, looking forward to the next one! Have a great week!
Gone on a spruce search many times. Some successful, some not. Also have brought out the battery operated mini vacuum and then sifted thru what it picked up.
Hi Max. Be careful about playing music in the background . You Tube could give you a copy write strike if it hears it. Keep up the great work. Have a great week.
Nice work on your Hun and Canberra. Remember the Revell B-57 box art on the shelf next to the 1/72 Revell A-7D Corsair II (their USN A-7A kit with the probe & drogue and dual 20mm cannons repackaged with USAF decals & better box art), I bought the A-7. Cool idea to support the external stores on your Super Sabre while the glue cures!
For your maverick canberra [6:50] w/o decals -- NASA, Pakistan and Republic Of China [Taiwan] all operated the Martin B-57; UK and Commonweaalth used the English Electric original. Chile, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Rhodesia, South Africa, Ethiopia, India, France and Sweden Used them too. That's a wide range.
Was the tailhook on the Hun for some kind of SATS [Short Airstrip Take off (and landing) System?] I thought only the Marines were doing that with A-4s in-country...
More for a/c with hydraulic failure or battle damage. From what I've read, the system wasn't used on a regular basis. There is a very recent upload to TH-cam of an F-15E using the system at Lakenheath.
Been there done that more times than I would like to admit to.🤣😂
A really nice video. 👍👏👏👏👏👏

In field mod, that's story an I'm sticking to it.

Put a piece of panty hose over the nozzle of your vacuum. Saves you having to go through all the dust and dirt it sucked up.
Great days work Max 😊
F100 hun looks great. The B57 is cool.

Arrrgh - you are throwing out all those parts to build your own Borg Cube! LOL
One of your day builds would take me a couple of months. I really am that slow.
