@@rudraneeldas3605 They work great without a dac. They don’t need a lot of power to drive them. Your phone should work great! However, you will get better sound using a dongle dac/amp.

Hey bro I'm a beginner in iems, I am using enco buds 2 which has good bass, i have tangzu waner sg Indian edition in my mind now, i listen to rock, electric guitar I mean electric sounds, occasionally phonk, anirudh songs(energetic songs) and mostly ar rahman I don't care much about vocals, I need a clear separation between instruments, I mean clear audio coz i mostly hear well mixed music and songs... (But I also confused between Truthear Gate - I heard from review that it's tooo flat and Chu 2 considering energy vibe)
I'm afraid that waner prioritise only vocal and lack bass like it's completely neutral, ain't a bass lover but need atleast some bass. What would you suggest????

Hey Bro ,as I have ordered this IEM today and I have a doubt that whether I need to Burn in these for couple of hours or days to squeeze out all the potential of the iem ?
The debate goes on about the burn-in.
From personal experience,I did notice that iems do tend to sound more mellow overall after hours of use.
It is not necessary,but,no harm in giving the process a try.

Ew200 has more details and is more precise
Moondrop chu 2 has a sound which is between v-shaped and balanced (I believe it is closer to ew200in tuning)

@@justanime165 While they aren't prominently sibilant,it all depends how sensitive you are to the treble.
You can always tweak the EQ to being down the highs just a bit IF you find them to be too harsh.
But, honestly,they aren't really that unpleasant.
Hey, Nice video. I like highs and bright sounds, hence using a kz zex. It is great to listen to for a short time, but get tired easily becasue the trebles are little bit too much. does it make sense to have Wan'er as a secondary iem to listen to longer hours? Im looking for something more balanced but still carry good clarity and reasonable seperation.

what is a beginner in this? like a photographer I can understand, someone who is beginning and does not know how to take very good pictures. but what is a beginner when it comes to the consumption of audio. it is the weirdest term that every audio reviewer uses to describe IEMs which start off at a very low price. My friend Aditij has an IEM worth 21k, but he started listening to them not very long ago, does that categorize him as a beginner compared to someone who just bought IEMs worth 80k today?
