I don't want to sound rude but that's not the real lesson. In this song miku mistakes Lust and love,she falls for a guy and has sex with him, when she becomes pregnant he leaves her because he is to young to be a father, miku gets rid of the baby but she now feels like she has no purpose in live and sleeps with a bunch of other guys losing all respect for her body. The video ends without miku actually learning how to separate the feeling of love and the feeling of lust.So the real lesson would be to not mistake the feeling of lust as the feeling of love,I really can't blame the first guy she had sex with because their sex was consensual and him leaving her because he wasn't ready to be a father is something most of us would do because in the video he is still a teenager.

This song is about the confusing parts of love, not anything beyond that. It could also be about infactuation, thinking she was in love, then she realised she wasn't in love at all with all that happened, she forces herself to think she is in love then eventually gave up since for the ai ai ai ai nai (love love love love nope) in the song.

Actually, the dance is physically possible. However, you need to be very fast and flexible at parts (actually no not parts, the entire song) but I did used to think the same as you, but now I can actually do the dance (but I faceplant sometimes XD)
