Due to the nature of the projection tech, having excessive lights on stage will affect visibility of Miku, the the point where some will not see her at all. All the lights are pretty dim for that reason and it seems the lights on band members only become stronger when needed such as during solo portions.
If I didn't know what this song was about, I'd assume this song is about racing just because of the sound at the beginning that makes me think of the ready set go sound from Mario Kart.
