We have had ice and sleet here the past two days. Expected to get more tonight and in my part of the state it’s the most we will get this week. School has been canceled since Monday. I feel it will be canceled Thursday as well. Too many staff members live outside the city where roads and highways aren’t safe. So I haven’t been into work since Friday. Feels nice being lazy and cozy. But I feel after tomorrow I will be itching to get out.
I know the southern and south of Midwest states get terrible ice and definitely can’t deal with it. We never get ice like that. Hope it warms up soon for you.
Love this review! thank you for doing it. I really need to try this version of the TZH. It’s really cool/interesting how the zipper tail tab is the interior fabric vs. the solid navy color. Love that. Looking forward to your next videos! ❤
I had a lightbulb moment about the PT TZH and that is that I get A LOT of that silver zipper action and THAT is one of my favorite things about PT. With the MSSB you get none. Although I like the layout of MSSB more, the eye candy of those zippers is going to have me buying the TZH from now on even over totes. I’m anxious to get my hands on the new Triple Zip Shoulder Satchel for the same reason. More zippers! Plus more room.
@Ruby508707 on the one hand, VB videos can inspire cravings for items one wishes to own-but the flip side is that if one already has certain items (or that are similar in some way, be it color, pattern, material, or style), then videos & photo posts (in FB group) can reawaken one's interest in those items...all the better to "shop one's closet", as the saying goes :)

Agree that the silver zippers on solid color PT bags look marvelous, so classy and refined...and love that (hidden magnet) extra slip pocket on front of PT TZH, which the cotton version lacks (but the cotton one lacks the depth necessary to get away with any more pockets-it can barely manage with the ones it already has, bc it's so shallow). Yes, please-a "bag switch" video from you would be welcome...any excuse for a VB video works for me (that's my opinion, as an avid viewer). I sympathize with aggravation of bangs that keep falling in one's face and poking in the eye/catching on eyelashes (mine do the same, even though I use hair gel which is supposed to hold my hair in place).
When I read your comment about the extra slip pocket in the PT TZH, a light bulb went off. That really does make a difference between the two and I’d never realized that difference before. It took SO long to grow my bangs out. I had them most of my adult life. Sometimes I think I could use some layering to give a bit of a lift to my face but I know how annoyed I was with them in my eyes all the time.
@@veraismybag1353 Yeah, the TZH has lots of pockets but not necessarily enough space overall to allow one to actually use them all (particularly on cotton or microfiber version) but that magnetic slip pocket on PT offers a nice roomy area to work with. I've always had bangs-hated them as a kid (bc I wasn't the one styling my hair), though as an adult I've kept them bc they work for my face/head shape ;) Keeping them off my face is a lot of effort & hassle, but worth it for me (and I cut my own hair, haven't been to a salon since 1994). Only time I didn't have bangs was in early 1990s when I had a buzz cut ;)
Oh you poor dear, having to suffer without car heat on for the sake of the audio quality in the video-I mean that in all earnestness, not sarcastically ! It's just now tonight (Tues.) starting to get that cold up here in the northeast, with forecast daytime high by Fri/Sat. in single digits (ouch)...not looking forward to this, the only upside is a bit more sun instead of overcast skies. And of course the cold temps. preserve the snow, which is good for the ski areas (which isn't important to me, personally...but I know the tourism dollars matter to the state-both my state & yours).
I actually think the single digits for you feels worse. We have very dry air. I know when I’m in Chicago that humidity makes it feel so much worse. I’m pretty sure the East coast states deal with that humidity too.
