Neither because it is so slow. I use Kate with integrations for code styling, not sure about LSPs yet.
Kate is really fast and has awesome OS integration (polkit prompts) but it is more manual for sure.

Hello sir i have a quetion how to install tht c pls pls compiler and debuger and put the in the system path and run or build c pls pls in vscode i have been trying for days but i couldn't find anything so my problem is how to put g++ in systeam path and sorry englisg is my second laguage ❤❤❤ I use linux pop'os

you can't
but if your code doesnt contain API keys etc (good opensource hygiene) it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
