Second of all, this is the reason the owners wanted a head coach whose main focus was coaching the players. The more focus that coaching the players gets the more the players will learn the system. Chelsea will be lucky to be 6 next season under that manager. You guys all forgot it takes much longer time to get used to Pep’s system, usually close to a full season. Look at Grealish, Harverts, and most City players. Only couple really talented players like Kevin, Haaland, Rice can get used to in a short time.
