As a college senior who is completing an internship this week with a public accounting firm, I found all of what you have to say to be true! I did all of these steps last year when I was in the recruiting process, minus the virtual aspect. Awesome tips and interesting to hear your recommendations for navigating the virtual recruiting world! They can be intimidating for sure!
Thanks for sharing about your experience with the campus recruiting process, and how aligned it was with my tips! I hope your words encourage other students to make career fairs a priority. Congrats on getting to the finish line with your internship this summer! Here's a video that you may find helpful in your final week: th-cam.com/video/pKt1yfRP3YI/w-d-xo.html
thank you so much. Those were some really good advices for my Monday career fair. Quick question though, is it better to schedule a one on one meeting or a group meeting?
Glad you found it helpful! If you have the option to schedule a 1:1 meeting and it's a company you're very interested in, I say go for it. That way you can be sure to get all of your questions answered. If 1:1 isn't available, group meetings are still a great option, because you can learn from the questions that other people ask as well. Good luck!
