INGREDIENTS
Blue magic hair grease
Shea butter
Olive oil
Rosemary oil - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต
We used blue magic growing up alone and had a head full of hair in the 70’s-80’s
That's the truth I remember growing up between 9-13 that's what Mom used and we had a head FULL!❤❤ MISS YOU MOM🙏🙏🙏
90's and early 2000's too but we stopped. We really don't need all those high price hair products. Also what have against grease when we used it growing up and a lot of us had a hair full of hair.
Yes, we sure did!!! ❤
Lol... I remember too... I just put it on my arms and legs. Lol Wasn't Ashy at all. what about may rain hair greece...😊🙏🏽
And shine!!!!!
All the girls in the 80s-90s used this hair grease it works
I didn't. My hair was long and wavy and I hated the feel of grease on my hair.
I LOVE HOW WE ARE RETURNING BACK TO OUR NATURAL ROOTS.
We as black women have to keep our scalps oiled.
Caster oil rosemary oil in insant coffee grows hair and some cloves works great 👍
I’m a Blue Magic Indian Hemp natural….my hair is thriving….Love it!!
I have that I need to start using regularly 👍🏽
How do you use it? Congratulations on your growth!
Yes I grew my daughter hair with BM IH and Sulfur 8 since she was a baby .mixed it all up and she's 10 now natural thick long , trying to figure the wash and go curly method but haven't found a product, drop any suggestions please thanks
@@GigglesnGaggie I wash and condition my hair once every two weeks, I apply my leave in, curl define cream and seal it with blue magic hemp and a little jojoba oil. I never grease my scalp and my 4c hair is so thick. No dandruff or itching. I try not to comb my hair during the week. I basically spray a little Carol’s Daughter curl refresher spray on my coils and finger out my puff in the mornings. It works for me.
@@tfowler4060 Try products with honey. I use the shea moisturizer intense hydrating shampoo and conditioner and I deep condition once a month with TGIN miracle honey mask. I have gone through a lot of products $$$ to finally find something that works really well on my 4c hair.
You just start this as your own product & sell it❤
I would buy because I honestly don’t have the time to make this
What if she already has a job?😂😂😂

@@SeekingGreetings Then do it on the side. That's how the product line Mielle got started and that woman made millions when she should her formula.
They have a blue magic that already has green tea in it. I’m using it now. I already see a difference in my hair!
Which one of the Blue Magic is it?
Which blue magic has green tea in it?
I may have to try that...thanks!
It's Blue Magic Originals Super Sure Grow...they sell it at Walmart and Beauty Supply Stores
I sure hope and pray this works I've been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism/graves disease and my hair has thinned out like string.
Oh dear same here and nothing works for me, I been using an oil for almost a year it slowly work,it’s a small black business BASK AND LATHER Co. go to their website give it a try,
Have a wonderful day
Take kelp
I have the same autoimmune deficiency and once you take your meds right, eat a well balanced meal and maintain a healthy lifestyle your hair will grow. Mine was like this after finding out. But I use this grease, I take vitamins and I'm vegetarian . My hair has gotten so much better now . All shall be well Doris
I think grease in general is good for our hair. Everyone used it back in the day and honestly can’t recall growing up with anyone who didn’t have full & healthy hair. Might not have been long but it was thick and full. Somehow over the decades, grease has been villainized. I have acne so I use it in moderation but I notice less breakage and shedding when I do use it.
I agree, some of the hair lotions & oils.. don't give you lasting moisture & shine, use what work's for you!
@@karenmorgan2090 yep and if you notice those “special potions” cost a lot more. Grease was and is still cheap…
I agree with you. Although I do wear weaves and wigs from time to time, back in the day we weren't really wearing weaves and wigs as much as we do today. I think our hair was allowed to breathe back then and we didn't stress out our scales with braids as we do now so yes people had healthier hair and scalps and used grease. We also got our hair done at the shop at least every two weeks or our momma or somebody who had skills (but often no license) did our hair out of their basement. Now we use wigs and weaves on a regular basis and we see the difference that it has done to our hair growth.
Totally agree. The hair industry thrives off damaged black women hair. Growing up I could count on one hand the number of ladies wearing wigs. It was my grandma’s elderly club during funerals. Lol! Let’s return to our roots and watch those edges grow ladies ❤.
I never liked grease on my hair which was waist length, thick and wavy.

I only use Blue Magic and Sulphur 8 mixed. I have no " mane issues".
Where can you buy sulphuric 8? Pharmacy?
@@soldelvalle9799 Im in Georgia and I buy it from Walmart or from the company. It's more economical to buy a box direct from the company. I also buy Blue Magic directly.
@@soldelvalle9799FROM A GROCERY STORE, WALMART, ETC.. OR A HAIR STORE
@@soldelvalle9799 I found mines at Wal-Mart.
Yes I use Sulfur 8, Do Grow and a little Blue Magic helps my hair tremendously especially after I was sick in the hospital and was pumped with antibiotics. My hair filled back in nicely!
Thank you for the recipe and the beautiful music. I am so happy there was no blaring, offensive music.
Yes! Green Tea has got Camellia in it! Which promotes healthy hair!😊
I mix blue magic and royal crown together made my hair grow
Yess ma'am grow up on and im back use it too
Yep & Ultra Sheen.
Back in the day my mom would use Ultra Sheen on my hair I loved the smell so much and the shin was whooo lol 💯😂❤ and my hair was so long to
I’m 56 years old and my mom has used blue magic grease since the. 70s and when I was in my 20s I stop using it and I know my hair was getting thinner and thinner and on top of that I perm my hair and it was so thick and full I miss that thank God for you sharing this information I appreciate you 🙏🏽🙏🏽🌹🌹❤️❤️🔥🔥👍🏽👍🏽🥰🥰
Thanks for sharing another great recipe. I use a similar method, while opting for different oils. Only difference, I add the hibiscus powder to the "green tea" bag and restaple. Easier infusion during the double boiling in order to avoid the straining. I have found coffee filters are great substitutes with larger patches. My tresses do not respond well to coconut oil or shea butter. Thus, I substitute with Batana oil, Neem Butter and Fenugreek oil. With consistency, I have seen great improvements with length retention, density and anti-breakage. ❤
Are neem and fenugreek oil are lighter oils?
Grease not for everyone but thank God it's for me ble magic doo gro sulfur 8 and black seed oil my recipe
I use a candle warmer 😊
Blue Magio was the only hair product our mom used in our hair to straighten and maintain it. And we had long, thick, healthy hair. I love the ingredients you used. You have just won me over as a new sub! I've used the 2 teas and 2 oils together before and my hair grew pretty fast with just those 4 ingredients. So, I can only imagine it will grow even faster with the Blue Magic and Shea Butter added as well.
Thank you for this recipe. However, I will use a stocking, because a lot of the product seems to have been waisted in the paper towel.
Yes! I said the same thing
What kind of stocking?
@@Royaltyrichinc Knee high stocking or wig cap made out of nylon.
A Stocking!! Why didn’t I think of that?!! Thank you for this!! ❤
Yep or gauze fabric.
Every individual must study their hair. What you apply to your scalp may be different from what you apply to your roots and ends of hair. Please take in consideration of hair porosity and protein sensitivity.Underatand thw different between moisture and hydration. with that being said olive oil is good for the ends of hair or scalp but doesnt penetrate low porosity hair therefor using coconut oil is better option.things good for hait growth and strength that can be added as a hair mask: clove, rosemary, sidr, moringa. Watwr is necessary to clean thw hair AND provide hydration but too much water can increase the risk of dryness ande breakage.Argan oil is heavy for low porosity hair but its good for yhw hair ends. jojoba oil is great as it hydrates and mositurizers and restore tue natural oils of your hair without being to oily
So true. One size does not fit all. Unfortunately I can't use coconut oil on my hair because it dries it right out. It works for many people but jojoba and olive oil work better for my hair.
Thank you so very much I also use this product and with my hairdressers treatments my hair is thick and strong
You're welcome.
Facts It does make your hair grow
Absolutely 💯 🎉😊Happy Beautiful Hair!❤
Thank you for sharing and testing this needed hair growth recipe; the opening of the green tea bag. I also love this Video;. I am relaxed also using Blue Magic, and Indian Hemp. I also enjoyed your other YT Video's using Aloe Vera, Flaxseed, etc.. you are really amazing.
You're welcome.💕
Thank you so vey much for sharing that tutorial. I'm going to try it! 💖
Yesss indeed I used the Blue Magic with coconut oil hair dressing ❤
I love Blue Magic Castor oil ,hair grease they have 18 different varieties
I love Blue Magic Olive Oil Anti-Breakage Protein Complex Leave-In Styling Conditioner and their other products. I use it for Wash and Go as a styling cream the only Styling Cream that works as well is Design Essentials Coconut & Monoi Deep Moisture Milk Souffle. These two styling lines just work well on my dry fine thick head of hair. Other products are two heavy for my fine hair which is thick and straightens easily. I don't straighten my hair often, mostly for special occasions. I will try this mixture. Thanks!!
I'm trying a version of this. Starting today.
🎉 amazing video 🎉
Dry, grey hair requiring lots of moisture. Also thinned out. Used to have thick, full hair. Time for blue Magic. I think I used it once before to grow out of my hair . Thanks for this reminder!
I love this❤❤❤❤
This is so awesome to know. Thank so much for sharing. Stay blessed 🙌🏽🙏🏽😀🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
You're welcome 🥰
I've got blue magic ✨, I cut my hair down, and my hair is growing 💗💗 ....fast. aloe Vera, olive 🫒 oil ❤❤
Hi,do you only apply to hair or do you use blue magic on your scalp as well?
Great video before locs blue magic was my favorite product nothing kept my hair moisturized like blue magic thank you for sharing
@EveMaRuChannel What do you use to moisturize your locs?
Rosemary works really good on my locs with some other combination of oils and really water
@@MsTizzle7 hey I use rosemary a lot and ezroots growth oil blacked owned I really like it and virgin fertilizer I will use shea butters sometime on the scalp and definitely water is my best go to.
i remember always using grease when we got our hair done, hair always was full and healthy
Hope it will make my hair grow
My hair was down my back as a little girl! My mother used blue Magic and a cup with water to dip her brush in 👧🏾But, as a woman I don’t wanna smell like that💙
It didn't smell bad
I didn’t say that it smells bad, I just don’t want to smell like it! The scent is very strong!
This comment brings back memories.😂 Thank you 🙏 ❤❤❤
My hair too, but my mother used Vaseline and a cup of water. Today at 62 I rock a big Angela Davis natural ❣️
Blue Magic and Extra Virgin Olive oil both stink to me, especially the oil when I applied it to my hair.
Keep it in the cabinet, no hair issues.
Thank you for sharing this wonderful video. What instrumental is playing in background? So soothing, refreshing and relaxing?
I thought my fire alarm went off twice. Lol
Thank You!
I remember using this and my hair was down my back
Blue magic, works every time...
Ngl I started back using blue magic grease in 2022 because all of my hair that you see in my profile fell out due to toxic exposure to mold for 5 yrs once I moved out last yr I started treated my hair and using grease my hair is slowly growing back I loved my hair but was hurt when it fell out due to me being severely sick 😢
Wow 5 years, that's alot. Glad you're better now.
Listen to "barbara o'neill" videos on mold. Try and open your windows to get fresh air in the morning and when you're home.
I’m so glad, you fully recovered
We use moringa maybe you can too!! Sorry about your hair. Give it food & time
I hope you were able to sue
@@gokaren420 I tried to sue the bastard but unfortunately no lawyers here in Baltimore wanted to take the case or call me back and taking it to small claims court you can only sue for 5k the damages he did to me is worth way more than that from pysch issues so on so forth 🤦🏽♀️
62yrs Still using the Blu magic..from the 70s ...💪🏽🫶🏽
Same age,,,I also remember Dixie peach, hair rep, royal crown, afro sheen, ultra sheen, bergamont, Alberto v.o.5, kolesteral

And hair food. The lime green colored grease.
How do you use it? To oil your scalp? Seal moisture?
@@gokaren420
ADD: Sulphur 8 + Pink oil
Pink oil used to melt into my eyes when id sweat during track practice. ALL of the old school ingredients OP listed grew hair thick & long.
Awesome! 🌺 It would be interesting to know how long it took between before and after. Have bought the Blue Magic and Shea butter and rosemary essential oils and have the other ingredients and look forward to trying this. I am on a hair journey and always love to try different hair remedies to see which work for my high porosity hair. It is growing in length again but still too much breakage but I think I know why. Breakage is usually the problem with Afro hair and not growth as our hair is always growing unless of course something is wrong. Also a recent faux locs hairstyle I was wearing tore my sides. It was too heavy. I have found the perfect growth style for my hair now so only looking for the right products. Dr Miracles is amazing for my hair and also groganics. They have been good to my hair for years. I also use rosemary and castor oil and biotin. Also started using Keratin but I don’t believe so many products are necessary for hair growth and maintenance but I am just experimenting until I start to see more results and then I will know which products I can leave out. I think less is more probably applies to hair care aswell.
❤❤❤
Thank you for this hair growing tip. It seems very healthy and good for the hair. Please note that you did not include Hibiscus powder in your list of ingredients in the box below. Did you order this from Amazon?
I think adding a good conditioner with this recipe will help boost the results ❤
Thank you...kiwanus young
Thank you 🙏💜
Too many ingredients.
😂😂😂😂
Don't have to use all of that just some make a larger jar and store it in the fridge!!
@elizekelly
AgreedIndeed 💯 🤦🏾
Exactly
😂😂
Blue Magic and Black Castor Oil is good as well
Yup the blue and green one
Thanks
Blue magic is very different now. It’s almost oil and I don’t believe this. It’s a very good hair oil. Nothing is a miracle for all, but there is something for everyone. Congratulations you found your path. To others- be careful your hair may fall out because of this routine. We are all different.
You're right blue magic broke my hair out

You're welcome
Nice video
Thanks
From start to finish how many months did it take for the length of your hair to grow
What they should tell people is that it's good for natural hair. But nothing is a fast growing fix. I wish people would learn to be more truthful than to have us speeding hard earned money for nothing.
I would have left the green tea in the bag and put the hibiscus powder in some kind of bag also
Honestly, there’s a blue magic with those ingredients already inside
Which one?
Yes which one
Blue magic green tea, there’s literally 30 different types of blue magic oil
Im allergic to shea butter😂😂😂
But i do use blue magic and also tee tree oil
I swear, I just said Im either going back to Vaseline or Blue Magic❤️❤️
I miss using blue magic!!! For some reason my scalp didnt like it anymore it cause my scalp to flake and become slighty dry. I dont bad mouth it tho its just not for everyone. I still dont understand to this day the whole grease is bad for your hair. Blue blue magic is my favourite
🤥, why does she show her whole face when her hair is short, but not when the hair is long ??? FAKE PEOPLE MAKING FAKE VIDEOS. 😂😂
That was my question, too. Makes us wonder if it's the same person.
how long did it take you to grow your hair wiyh blue magic?
Would this act as a leave in conditioner? Or would I still use a leave in?
How long did it take to grow your hair?
That’s a lot! Eat right use blue magic and some good ole castor oil low manipulation styles, keep your scalp nice and clean and don’t stress and workout at least 15 min a day and your hair will thrive .
Can you use greenntea powder instead?
How long did it take you to get to the after❓
How many times do you have to apply this The oil
I used to use the blue magic on my daughters hair when she was younger but now I don’t buy it anymore I never paid attention to the color and the other one just the blue one
Dont know what to belive anymore
We grew up using Blue M then we were told to avoid using hair products with mineral oil… Now I wanna try this recipe- Lord, what gives …
White & Black people used grease and bonnets in the past and had thick lush hair 🔥🔥🔥🔥💯✔️✨️💝✨️
Hello, you have several hair growth remedies which one actually grew your hair. Also, how long was the process. Asking for a friend. Thanks
That’s exactly what I want to know!
This what I always wonder about and confused on how they make all these videos of different products and say this grew my hair! Like which one is it😝 the same with weightloss stuff it be one person but a different video with different recipes and vitamins and all every single day
@@Royaltyrichincyeah because she had one recipe posted up but you see her but other products in it and didn’t list everything she put in it
@@michaelaburrell4872 and they never answer
I pray I didn’t miss it but if so please forgive me for asking, how often do you use it? Daily, weekly etc?? Please and thank you
Use this as u would use ya hair moisturizer. Whenever your hair feels dry, on washdays to seal in moisture
Thanks ! What see is NOT add to the recipe?! The Green Tea shown in the Mixs!??
Im sorry but what component actually helped with your hair growth. The grern tea i can understand but consuming it should allow for better results. I think blue magic is full of chemicals petroleum correct? Which is a by product of gasoline.
Which is made of dinosaurs
Petroleum for gas is completely different than the cosmetic grade
Jesus has joined himself and given us the privilege to be partakers of the Divine nature. Now Jesus is your true representative before the Father.
should you use a cheesecloth or a paper towel?
Simplicity is key
To many ingredients for Me 😂
You right. To many ingredients
You right. Took many ingredients
Lol I was actually surprised that it didn't have more, most of these hair growth videos got 6 plus ingredients, especially if it's Ayurvedic
Whew chile😂
Yep, Blue Magic...Old School Castor Oil.....Pink Lotion and EVO is all you need for excessive hair growth.....Workin' for me!
Was that a paper towel you used to strain it?? You ended up with a very small amount.
BS. Those aren't the same people, you hide the faces and show the hair which could be anybody's. If so many products, and recipes grow hair so long, why are there so many constantly being developed and some of this mess is ridiculous. I make my own hair products and lotion.
Nope. I don't think they are the same person either.
What can be use for the hibiscus flowers
U can order from Amazon or take it out if u can't find it n use the rest of the ingredients.
Or you can use Celestial seasoning red zinger tea which is hibiscus based and also has peppermint leaf and wild cherry bark which are both good for hair.
My hair is breaking and shedding like crazy never happened may need to try this
If your hair is shedding do a green tea or a black tea rinse. Mines was doing the same but it stopped
It’s hard to see the face like she showed when her hair was short
Most of that shea butter was probably left in the paper towel.
Using all these different ingredients, you really don't know what one grew your hair 💯💯💯💯 Why blame it on blue magic?????
Nah...your hair is naturally long.... It would have grown no matter what you use...or didn't use 👍🏾👍🏾😊
When using grease just remember to clarify your scalp, and you are good to go 😊
Mix vasline no sa
Did any one see her put it in her hair…….? She can keep that.
