Dear carlcare, I was at your luthuli place today, looking to get my camon 12 pro screen replaced, your website says it's ksh 5850, the employee at the desk told me the price was ksh. 9500 saying the one posted on the website was not updated,I got confused at the discrepancy, I went back home and called the number on your website and I was told it's ksh. 7500? What is going on? why are your employees citing exorbitant inconsistent amounts?

Unfortunately, i submitted my tecno camon 18 premier 5 times to Carlcare but Didn't get resolved screen burning issue.
In the end issue 90% resolved but all Camera lens has dust .
Poor service for me.

In first 12 days, i submitted in Carlcare for software crashed issue & after that screen burning issue raised. For that i submit my device 4 times, and waited for 1.5 month. In the end Engineer's didn't Clean the Camera Department. 💔
