His best friend and leader of BIGBANG, GDragon, introduced Min Hyo-rin to Taeyang to be his model for the 1 AM music video. Taeyang fell in love immediately, he had no girlfriends in the past, and she accepted going out with him. They broke up, Tae was devastated and wrote Eyes, Nose, Lips for her. They came back and now they are happily married, and they are also parents.
Taeyang is one of the most respected and loved idols of Korea. He debuted with BIGBANG in 2006, so he has plenty of experience in this industry especially in composing music and songwriting with all the other members of BIGBANG, because they were the first KPOP group to have this opportunity due to the fact that in the past, the agencies didn't allow idols to produce their own music.

@@J_wooo I've been following Kpop for over 10 years and as I got older and kpop developed differently from the 2nd generation, I lost interest in kpop. The only reason I can still follow is Bigbang and their songs. I respect GD so much he is my favorite artist. I’m so excited that he will be back to bring new innovations

The reason why all idol groups started to have rapper positions, idols who made their own songs and sang themselves, the first idol who started to be named in fandom, and the first idol who started making their own cheering sticks. It's a legendary group with so many things to say, but the biggest reason I think they're called legends is that the whole nation knows their songs. The K-pop industry itself began to change with songs made by Big Bang. Since GD's songs have not been released, only the same type of songs seem to be heard. Of course, third-generation and fourth-generation idols respect and like it. (I'm a big fan of TWICE) I think the words are getting longer, and I hope G-Dragon's new album will revolutionize K-pop, which is starting to get boring. (I hope you understand my poor English.)

Thats one thing about BigBang, there lyrics in every song is so honest, simple yet there is depth and everyone can relate. They are the OG's of producing and composing there own song as an idol back in the days until now.

This is one legendary song , when it starts playing is like you suddenly know korean and start singing 😅 . Is one of the mandatory songs as a kpop fan , whatever the fandom, you have to know and it has been covered by so many idols over the years . If you want more upbeat songs there is Ringa Linga , Good Boy for more romantic ones Wedding Dress , Darling.

He wrote this for his then girlfriend who is now his wife, she is the woman shown there in the MV. They broke up around the time when he wrote ENL and they got back together after ENL. If you ever get the chance you should check out the live performance. He truly excels in live performances. One of the most famous version of ENL was a duet with a fan in a tv show called Fantastic Duo.

Fantastic Baby, Loser, If You (preferably the Live From Bangkok vid),& Bang, Bang Bang, another must to react to is Good Boy that feat both Taeyang & G-Dragon (leader of BigBang who also composes most of their songs as well as for others, plus raps but also is great vocalist, just like Taeyang who also raps as well. All members have done solos as well as collared with each other. Seeing BigBang live performances are on another level. Just like BTS is now. BTS members have all looked up to this group. You can even see then in the audience during one of BigBang MAMA awards performances. They back then always won most of the awards, and closed the show with each yr some of the most memorable, so hype, so energetic performances, that are all must sees that I also highly recommend, just like BTS performances have been at these award shows.but BigBang came first being 2nd generation, BTS 3rd.
