I've been trying out a method that involves putting stickers of the type of task I work on that day on a calendar, and then have star stickers when I hit milestones so I can visually see my progress and dedication and that been working so far, maybe I can expand that to have more details eventually!
You got a lot of words in, even with a month off. So interesting that Tuesday is your most productive day, especially since you don't consciously put any effort into making it so.

I love seeing graphs like this! I've always wanted to try this method of tracking but I've never been able to be consistent with it.
