Swansea City Association Football Club is a Welsh professional football club based in the city of Swansea, South Wales that plays in the Championship. Swansea City represents England when playing in European competitions, although they have represented Wales in the past. They play their home matches at the Swansea.com Stadium.
The club was founded in 1912 as Swansea Town and joined the Football League in 1921. The club changed their name in 1969, when it adopted the name Swansea City to reflect Swansea's new status as a city.
In 1981, the club were promoted to the original Football League First Division. It was during the following season they came close to winning the league title, but a decline then set near the season's end before finishing sixth, although a club record. It was from here the club suffered a relegation the season after, returning to the Football League Fourth Division a few seasons later, then narrowly avoided relegation to the Football Conference in 2003. Prior to playing home matches at the Swansea.com Stadium, the team had previously hosted at the Vetch Field. The Swansea City Supporters Society Ltd owns 20% of the club, with their involvement hailed by Supporters Direct as "the most high profile example of the involvement of a supporters' trust in the direct running of a club".
In 2011, Swansea were promoted to the English Premier League, becoming the first Welsh team to play in the top division since its formation in 1992. On 24 February 2013, Swansea beat Bradford City 5-0 to win the 2012-13 Football League Cup (the competition's highest ever winning margin for the final), winning the first major English trophy in the club's history and qualifying for the 2013-14 UEFA Europa League. - กีฬา

A young team that is on a rebuid , which is a constant with swansea , but players like cullen , B.cooper , O. Cooper , Jsoh thomas and more all have a big season ahead
Cross, header, goal. Old school works all the time. We do our little fancy passes and work it into the box and no end product like usual.
Except we were doing the same as them but not as well. We have changed. The possession game has gone. I hope the players can adapt. Duffs after match comments that we should have been out if sight after and hour was ridiculous. Could have been 3 1 down.

Looks like Duff is trying to reshape the style we play but the Swansea Way is ingrained through the Academy all the way up to the First Team, and it just wont work. Sure we need a new system Defensively and Out-Of-Possession so just adapt that - quickly.
And we need a Keeper.
Defending poor, but we can certainly work on these things. Definitely need bodies in the door if we’re even going to survive this season.
it was always going to be a difficult transition with how close the players were to russ and how much they bought in to his style but hopefully a few more players and some time to adapt that things will improve
I know it's pre-season so doesn't matter, but these are the same problems, dominate possession but unable to finish and defend poorly and give up soft / cheap goals that we gift to the opposition
I did not see domination of possession. The highlights show that. The live experience did not show domination either. Was even worse at Oxford where they ran the show.

We look soft, don’t think any team will worry about playing us, no pace or urgency at the back.
I think ill just tell Bet 365 to keep my £50 bet on us finishing top 6. From what ive seen its looking piss poor. I had so much optimisum but theyve eroded that away in 2 games

Think everyone needs to calm down a bit. After the back to back 5-0 wins everyone was saying it’s going to be an exciting season and they can’t wait. Now we lose 2 and all of a sudden we’re relegation contenders? It’s pre-season. It means sod all. Even in our best campaigns we had some dodgy pre-season results. They aren’t indicative of where we’ll finish in the league at all.
