This is for HOMEWORLD 2 Classic which is part of the Remastered Edition, it is over on the stream workshop as a total conversions using the new easy subscribe system.

I think one of my favorite epidsodes of stargate, considering I have not seen quite all of them, is the one where Teal'c and O'Neill relive the same day over and over again.
best part was the golfing threw the Stargate so funny

also Universe got pretty decent with season 2. i was starting to really enjoy it...until it got fucked over and canceled. now i'll never know if they just die or get back home. could have at least made some ending...even a bad one.
people tend to forget that SG-1 was rough in the first season. Heck the pilot was rough, you had no clue what was going on unless you saw the movie called Stargate.
***** Man tell me about it, I can't stomach more than half of Season 1's episodes.
***** I just can't believe those retards at syfi channel are trusted with any IPs to be honest. I don't live in the states and it pisses me off that the future of the shows I watch are kind of out of my hands to this extent. In the UK SGU had a fairly decent ad presence and was aired on sky so it was pretty visibile to a large number of people. Ofc the only real way we could affect support was through dvd sales though, after the horse had bolted and it was cancelled. We don't even get a blu ray release of season 2. But you could tell that Robert Cooper and Brad Wright wanted to try to make something slightly different than the blueprint they set out at start too and the core fan rejection of their concept kind of broke them. Yeah I would call that killing the series Not that I blame anyone for not letting those guys get on and try their own creative thing, to make their version of battlestar or anything... Cos you know battlestar didn't exactly suck right?

I was more referring to the box of kleanx and the whole purpose for bringing jack back to the gate. It was not until they explained it later in the episode.

I made a Unicron faction. Himself proper, a 5 group fighter class that's very damaging but fragile, a defense moon, a Resourcer (faster and amped up) a black hole generator (very fragile but devastating effect on enemies) and a Viral Infector (8 units in V array, that can capture in a few moments ANY space craft) :D Wanted to replace the dialogue with Unicron Lines from the cartoon movie, but had no idea I'd have to create over a hundred sound files.

Destiny was actually a really high quality show with top notch writing and character development along with actors that played their roles well. The reason so many fans of the previous series' hated it was because it was such a change from the flow and story of the sg-1 and atlantis. Destiny was focused far more on human interaction and the psychological effects of isolation than it was on exploration and action.
This Mod... Was a lot better than I thought it would be. Pretty nice to see Stargate represented this well.

Another Homeworld Remastered mod that you and Alteran could spotlight is "FreeSpace: Fleet Command". It is a total conversion based on the old 1990s space fighter game series called FreeSpace.
Stargate space conflict in by far my favourite! There is so much to it! The gigantic ships and amazing animation and detail and the sheer range of units and buildings and weapons!
Anubis' mothership was huge and awesome. Damn, that show really was good. Will love to see the Asgard.
These guys need to make the Ancient race, with the cruisers like Orion, maybe an Atlantis-style base, and the little puddle jumper ships from SGA

I love this mod. I have been watching it the past year and I am eagerly awaiting the release on remastered. Thank you so much for all the time that you have spent making this mod. I watched stargate from the day episode one aired and I have to say this mod is the best incarnation of it in the gaming world.

This game takes place at the end of the Stargate series you know when earth gets all the Asgard technology and they obviously have started building more advanced ships like harvesters that’s why everybody wants a News sequel or continuance of the Stargate series to see where they go with all the new technology they have gathered
Universe got better about half way through Season 1, and season 2 was amazing.

I won't ever understand the hate for SGU.
Apsis Motion Pictures i guess because they cancelled atlantis for it, and atlantis was by far the best stargate series, and then they subsequently cancelled SGU, so the moral of the story is that TV networks are fucking stupid.
deity 93 I respectfully disagree. For me Stargate SG1 was by far the best stargate serie.
Saboufor i mean dont get me wrong, SG-1 is awesome and O'neil is the best character in the whole series, i just like the overall cast of Atlantis alot better, they mix better and have better chemistry, like Mckay and shephard is just too good. Also Atlantis digs heavily into the lore alot more than SG-1.
+Apsis Motion Pictures It is Hated because Somone tried to make it Battlestar Galactica with Stargates... Which made it suck bigtime.
+AtomicSpud except sgu blows bsg out of the water, even as an unfinished show.
SGU was quite well recieved in Germany and many peopel here were disappointed that it ended after just 2 seasons.
I thought the Prometheus was destroyed when the Goa'uld attacked the Ancient installation in Antartica. There was a follow-up episode where a reporter found a piece of hull and took it to someone who knew about the SGC and the Prometheus and threatened to go public with it.

OMfg! Stargate was a documentary.
Shack Uh at the beginning of the match vs the AI it said "Multiplayer Game, Custom AI script disabled" I believe that is why it was so easy to beat.
Star Wars Empire at War had a good Stargate mod. Sadly they had unit caps on the ships you could build. Which made playing as the humans very hard.
I have the first seven seasons of stargate and i will be getting the rest eventually Star gate sg1 for the win.
If you like this stuff, Stargate and spacebattles, I'd recommend XSGCOM. It's a webnovel that merges X-Com and Stargate. In the sequel, there's some ridiculously cool ships. Including the Tollan "Ghostrider" stealth cruisers and a true Tau'ri flagship: The X-305 Arthur Pendragon. Featuring a Lantean Sattellite beam cannon, several Ori beam cannons, Plasma beams, et cetera. And a Drone chair. Powered by an Arcturus reactor and a few ZPMs. Designed to go to DIFFERENT UNIVERSES, with the reality jump drive from "Daedalus Variations".

They should make a mod containing all the big Sci Fi ships ( Intrepid, Galactica, Millenium Falcon, Enterprise, Angelwing) on a huge Homeworld map where you find resources to jump or to upgrade your ship, o yeah make it pvp where you have to survive against AI enemies and other captains. I know that the Star Trek and Stargate tech is more advanced but one Imperial Star Destroyer against some Eve Online ship, or battleships from Freelancer or X-universe will be awsome. I will play this for days. Get in touch with some developers and make it a reality.

Umm I've never seen the show . . . but this is an amazing looking mod! The ships are great everything looks amazing! You guys should play each other a game. I would love to see more of this mod! Maybe as the Wraith?
So I've never seen the Stargate show, but this is cool. I find it interesting how most of them are named after Egyptian Gods (I know it's because they technically were, I watched the movie) however Apophis isn't a God, so I wonder what he did on Earth to earn his place. Apophis is chaos in it's natural pure form - often represented by a blood red snake made of all chaos.

The last half of S2 of SGU was VERY GOOD. They did a DS9 Children of Time Storyline. It would have helped the show get over its emptiness.

There used to be a stargate mod where you could manually engage the shields on all the ships that had them. Can't find it anywhere now :(

It seems that in all the mods you've shown, none of them have managed to do textures and lightning to the standards Relic did. Most ships simply disappear when contrasted with space background, something that never happens with the vanilla factions.
How can you not like SGU? I liked the show alot, but that hate killed it when it was getting good.

I actually really liked Destiny as it's own thing. Sure it didn't fit the tone of previous stargate shows, but i felt like it still had a lot to offer.
