মাশাআল্লাহ অনেক সুন্দর বাট চারটা রুম হলে ভালো হতো
ভালোবেসে ফেলেছি এই Flat টাকে। ভেবেনিলাম এটা আমার তাতে কষ্ট কম হবে। আর আমি মনে মনে এটা সাজিয়েও ফেলছি। flat টা এতো খোলামেলা আর এতোটাই সুন্দর যে একে সাজানোর জন্য কষ্ট করতে হবেনা। অল্পতেই সুন্দর লাগবে বেশি সাজালে এর সুন্দর্য নষ্ট হবে।

না আগে যে ফ্ল্যাটটা দেখেছেন আর এখনকার ফ্ল্যাট এক নয়। দরজার কাঠ,সেনেটারী ফিটিংস, টাইলস সহ বেশ কিছু জায়গায় ভিন্নতা আছে। এক বছর আগের ফ্ল্যাটের প্রাইস আর এক বছর পরের ফ্ল্যাটের প্রাইস নিশ্চয়ই এক হবেনা?

Few months ago there was a similar apartment video which got so much views. Maybe bcuz of that price got accelerated. But ultimately you gotta understand the fact that it’s Dhaka.
