so seulgi is pronounced like soul-gee but like “g” as in gils not “g” as in germs if that makes sense.

it's not pronounced "soul-gee" either, or else it would look like 솔기 rather than 슬기
"eu" is pronounced like the [u] in push/pull/put, not the oo or oh sound
