I am experiencing this with a loved one who normally has a high moral compass but seemingly all of a sudden has done something unbelievably out of character.
Is about letting go of control of others and try to let go of the ego=matrix and then you can be in control of your own emotions and live out your souls purpose. Of course you will look broken if you been targetet for the longest from narcs and been humilated and all peoples actions been blamed on you. Nobody took reponsibilty of self. There is were you should be careful not to go astray.
