For the hourglass ambient highlighting powder, if you spray your skin with setting spray first and then use the powder it pops SO MICH MORE. I mean let it dry a little bit, but once it’s just almost dry, put it on and BAM. Highlight popping. It’s still not the BRIGHTEST, but it’s SO MUCH BETTER/BRIGHTER which of course go hand and hand b).
Just a tip if anyone wanted to try. It works for a few but on some, it completely changes the color so definitely experiment before trying it in a rush 😂
