For those ultra sensitive to the noise, yes, but with the double pane glass windows, after awhile, it's unnoticeable. Besides, if the owner works during the day, when it's probably the noisiest, evening traffic should be less, unless the property is next to a major thoroughfare, so it's probably not overwhelming. The seclusion and being near the beach are pluses, especially as a second home.

These houses are right next to what seems to be a busy road. Just too distracting, a bit of a deal breaker if I were spending this kind of money. Shame really, as they’re really nice homes in a great area.
Also I believe having interior lighting so close in color temperature to cold bluish daylight, may mess with your circadian rhythms. Seriously affecting sleep quality. White bluish LED lighting is considered to be a carcinogen when used inside buildings where people work evening and night shifts over medium to long periods of time, in some countries I believe 🤔

Looked at the street view of these properties as I wondered if any kind of barriers had been put in place behind the hedge to prevent any vehicles from coming into the garden etc if there was an accident and there is nothing to stop a vehicle coming through that hedge 😯 it’s on a bend as well, I don’t know how bad that road is for accidents but I would want some peace of mind. The developers have put in all high spec things and spared no expense on these properties would have been worth doing because it’s obvious there is a busy road outside and I would want to have some reassurance that if I was sitting in my garden I wouldn’t want to be joined by a car crashing through my hedge

All the money, and your neighbours can see into your back yard from meters away, and hear your conversations, and vice versa. Then it would be like being in a summer bungalow in Croatia. Also, walking home is almost impossible, you gotta drive everywhere.

I'd prefer the more expensive one, because the second floor is bigger, they made a better use of the space (instead of the void/higher ceiling in the second one). The garden is bigger, too. I live on a busy street in Berlin, so there are the commuters both in the morning and the evening, so the traffic noise you can hear outside doesn't really scare me😀 The only thing I don't understand is why they didn"t use wood on the stairs and the bedrooms. I would definitely prefer that. I have been wytching your vidoes and I love them. I like that you"ve chosen to explore the properties with the viewers😀😀By the way, the Leicht kitchens belong to the more expensive brands here in Germany. Greetings from Berlin🙋

Great video as always, thank you.
This house, as with the other, is about perspective. While a great house, I could not feel right sat so close to the neighbours. It may not be any real different from having neighbours under normal circumstances but there is a key difference. Sometimes you expect to have people close nextdoor, you accept it. Sometimes it seems out of place. If you are on a busy train you have NO issue with somebody taking the seat next to you (unless there is something very clearly not in their favour) but if the train is empty and somebody takes the very same seat, that might feel creepy. All this wide open space and a house put so close alongside, this would be imbalanced to me and I would feel uncomfortable.
Just my fivepence worth, I like the house otherwise.

I was expecting from the title a home in the field right overlooking the beach and at least a field between me and the closest neighbours! Lovely house but not worth the money because of the points I’ve mentioned sadly. Someone will buy it but wouldn’t be right for me because of position in relation to sea, road and neighbours. Lovey interiors and look to house.
