I was watching the Nord Live videos on their page, and I sorted them by popular & seen yours at the top from 6 years ago... I watched it and was impressed.. I continued to look at the list and saw another one by Jesus Molina & Brothers.... and I knew if I searched Jesus Molina on YT I would find out how you changed your life! I had often wondered how such a pretty boy came to play music w such depth. With a buffet of all things shiny and superficial ways being at arm's reach, it is unusual for someone to really dig as deep as Jesús has. But this definitely explains it: In much way the fat guy learns to be the funniest man in the room, this guy had to have peak musicianship to make it - couldn't skate by w just his good looks. Now he's the complete package. Just incredible.
Quite unpopular opinion, but we can't really deny existence of such patterns that it often takes more work internal and external to reach the same level of recognition when you don't have looks.
I on the other hand came to this channel from one of the older videos showcasing his piano playing skills and searched his name and wasn't really sure if I found the correct channel.

Congratulations Molina for your life change! I've done the same but just in 31kg! But i'm short so this made a big difference on me. And i fell a lot better! Now I have just a problem...Not a problem... I love piano... but I have no money and now i need work in full and part time to support my family with 3 childs. It's a bless and not a excuse I know :D But I feel that God gave to me some music talent and I feel so good when I sing and when I play piano... maybe is ask to much but can you say to me some book to help me with first steps on Jazz please? Just listened to "Speak No Evil" w. J.Molina, astonishing playing. This little fat pianist was playing and improvising so that I think Wayne Shorter's idea came forward more clearly than even Shorter's own recording -- because I listened to the over-all impression i loved this for keeping the basic harmony pattern so varied and still emphasized (Wayne Shorter's recording is chaos at one or more points).
Then I looked for J.M. and found this young slender man and I could not believe it was the same man.

What about hair? You had signs of hair loss. Did the operation affect that?
He has signs of haircut, a barber might have affected that.
Anyone thinking about doing this do your research first there are long term issues to know and factor into your decision. There are also alternative that can be reversed. So do your homework and be fully informed when you make your decision.

Hace como 6 años vi un video donde tocabas *temprano yo te buscaré* a dúo con tu misma persona, y pues quedé impresionado con tu interpretación y empecé a seguirte, ese video era del 2013 y tenías 16 añitos, ya eras gordito, pero no tanto.
En el 2018 nos visitaste en la iglesia de Cali para una master class y ya estabas super gordo, ya no tenías garganta sino cumbamba de lo gordo que estabas😱 ya parecías de 40 por el cuerpo.
Gracias a Dios tuviste ese cambio extremo para el bien de tu salud y bienestar, francamente te ves irreconocible, te ves muy bien acorde a la edad que tienes.

I'd be curious to know if the benefits outweight (no pun intended) the risks. Sure all chiruical operations carry some risks, yet obesity does too.
That doctor had a bad record, apparently she just went for the cheapest Doctor in Tijuana, there are more doctors that are good, is very similar here. Do your research, we have very good doctors in Tijuana and Mexico.
sleep apena is horrible i can "sleep" 12 hours and still be completly exhausted but im getting my CPAP machine next week ive tried it and it had a radical postive effect in my life i finally energy and slept well its just hard to get use to

I lost 4 inches off of my waist during Civid-19 break. Life started up again, and I’ve gained 3 inches back. I live a stressful life. Covid was a big life lesson and eye opener for me. Ill be making changes soon.

I know he's just giving propaganda to the Dr. and fine it worked for him, but I would NOT recommend this surgery to anyone. It is a very dangerous life changing procedure that takes a lifetime to manage and you encounter pain along with many other symptoms along the way. There's to much to talk against it, but yea I don't recommend it.
I don’t know if it is propaganda... Only few of his fanbase would be wealthy enough to afford such an expensive surgery with that specific doctor in Columbia... but the fact that he mentioned how easy it was to fly to Baraquillas and access the hospital is kind of suspicious. Anyway i think this video has a good message.

I'm one of those people! Lost all the excess weight easily and now at the ideal weight for my height 3 years later.
Just as a point of disambiguation, people shouldn't conflate cutting out meat and dairy for health reasons, with going vegan. Veganism is an ethical standpoint that seeks to reduce animal suffering and exploitation.
I originally went on a "plant-based" diet for health reasons, but after learning about the meat industry I made the decision to go vegan and to stop buying animal products (leather, wool etc) and products tested on animals.
Yeah, pretty sure it doesn't take going vegan to not eat four meals in one sitting.
There are plenty of unhealthy and overweight vegans out there.
Everyone's case is different, but it eventually boils down to what can you do to trick yourself into consuming the correct number of calories.

My response was that, while everyone's case is different, the core concept is lower calorie intake. Meat or otherwise. Having a burger every now and then isn't going to prevent him from losing weight. Having three of them every meal will.
