    Fiberglass panels are supposed to be cut and you have to do adjustments aka fiberglass work for them to fit correctly. My last kit I had over 60 hours to have it fit correctly. Nature of the beast. Polyurethane is your best bet. Check out my z on my channel. Doing an ls swap with twin turbos.

    Honestly I ordered my J spec front bumper straight out of Japan yes it cost over $600 but I didn't want to deal with any fitment issues that I've heard a lot of people have when they order the cheaper ones and I've had no issues with it whatsoever and I still have the fog lights in it because I would like that look also.. keep it on the good note you seem very smart and know what you're doing at least you're figuring out as you're going so if you really like this bumper man modify and fabricate a little if you have to to keep it

      Well that's true because they were actually on a car at one point so they will line up perfectly. These are just made from a mold.

    Anybody who buys aftermarket shit and did minimal research by minimal I mean READ THE FUCKEN DESCRIPTIONS on a few different sellers that have the same style bumper n they all knows! I mean knows that you HAVE to work on them a bit too get it right! I got the same exact style bumper in fiberglass it Almost fit perfect! Just needed a tiny bit of grinding? And I mean small! Also needed to block sand it so it was nice and straight n now it looks good! I've seen so many people literally just throwit on and paint it and they look like hot trash! Btw if you buy it in plastic (polyurethane) your basically rolling the dice because they are so hard to fix and straighten it takes so much attention love and finess to fix them! Literally need to take a flame to some! N then on a really really hot day it can warp on you if it breaks you have to to through hell melting
    , stitching(literally making holes in it and stitching it back together) torching it sanding it but the Plus side is once it looks good it can take a fucken beating and I mean a fucken beating like with a fucken bat and survive where as fiberglass will crack and chip on you, like I said you can fix it really easily with long hair kitty hair filler and boom awesome again. In the end both can be fixed glass is just way easier and takes less skill to fix.

    Did you not use the main support bar that bolts below the nose piece? I’ve tried to fit mine with some bad luck lol. This bumper sucks

    • @MohrGarage
      @MohrGarage  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, I did use the main support bar for the nose piece.

      @@MohrGarage for the bumper. It bolts on the front top of tbr bumper. Then bolts to the frame under the nose panel. You would have to drill holes across the whole bumper

    • @MohrGarage
      @MohrGarage  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, I did drill all the holes. Message us on Instagram and I'll show you pics if you need a reference

      Thanks, I'm swapping a 2+2 pearl yellow so having an OEM pre painted bumper would be sweet. How'd the KBD fit after all was said and done? Were you able to get good fitment? I hate seeing poor fitting fascias on our cars when I got to meets.
