Before she goes from one had to the other, she reaches out with her front legs. That seems pretty good an interaction. She enjoys her times out as much as you! Tiny joyous pet!🥰

So adorable, this makes me excited to interact with my spidey. Did you have any issues with your spider jumping out of sight or do they tend to hang out with you until they return to their home? I'm a little worried that my spidey will jump into the abyss and I won't find him again
I'm so excited for you too! I always make sure that I let mine out in an area that I would be able to easily see them if they were to hop away too far. It does happen and being prepared will help the nerves tremendously 😂 These little suckers will look at you adoraringly one moment and then suddenly back-roll jump off your hand the next haha. All jokes aside, I make sure the table or ground that I'm handling them over is of an opposite color to them so I would be able to easily spot them if they jumped onto to it. I move aside anything that would be too difficult to get them off/out of if they climbed into it too. And most importantly, I find an area big enough that is abyss-free for quite some ways haha (or a big enough area that you can swoop them up again quickly/easily before they reach the abyss if they suddenly jump) Simply put, I didn't have too much trouble with mine jumping out of sight. I made sure to take those extra tiny precautions firsthand so that way if they did jump, it wasn't out of sight haha. Some of mine would return home if I handled them near their enclosures. If they had happened to stumble upon it while being out they would sometimes go in but some other spooders of mine did not feel the same though. I don't have a video yet on step by step for starting out handling new jumpers but I do have another video on my account where I handle my male Regius. In that video, that was actually my first time ever handling him (I'm not sure I even mentioned that in the video now that I think of it). I had never truly handled him before that video I made. I hope that helps in the slightest 🤗
