Great question!!! It’s about energy flow and crossing legs or arms can impede that relaxing flow. Also, after an extended period of time crossing your legs can slow blood flow and even some discomfort. Ultimately, I want you comfortable… so, if crossing your legs helps you then by all means do it. ☺️
