Outside and The Girl Who Died are both in my to be read pile, with many others, mainly from Icelandic authors! Ragnar Jónasson is one of my favourite authors also, The Ari Thor series was brilliant. I have just finished reading the 3 Hulda books which I also loved. I have such a love for Iceland, I feel his books really take me back there. I haven't heard of the other book you mentioned, I will have to look that up!

ooh let me know what you think about The Girl Who Died and Outside. The Girl Who Died felt like such a different read, but I really enjoyed it! I'm filming a video this weekend of ranking the Ragnar books (once I've put my office back together so I can actually film!!) 🤣

Hmm If I didn't know better this one plot was a plot of all plots -Which, brings the word premediated on the bargaining table. How, why, when & weather where the evidence is hardest to track & define intervention..Four friends seek shelter almost like the damer family.

You are right. There is no reference of anywhere to be found about that 2023 release stand alone book. Now I do see he is coming up in Sept with PM of Iceland as co-authered book called Reykjavík. So seems like that may come first.

I'm very excited for the Reykjavik book and to see how it works as a co-authored book!

@@oojamaflipbooks Yeah.. Hopefully English version is release at the same time.
What do you think about Blackout? I really loved it as how dark the storylines were. It's hard to move to Rupture as I love the dark aspects of Blackout. You should do review of each of his books if you can. Would love to see that.
