Dyna Glo and other gas wall Infrared / radiant heaters heater simple repair

3 minute fix for most wall heaters.
Update 2022 about 3 years later still working in my garage. Got this and 2 others from scrap pile. Fixed the 2 of them and sold right away. Easy money.

Infrared heaters and radiant heaters are in fact the same. The term “radiant heater” specifies that the heater is generating heat using radiation while the term “infrared heater” indicates the primary type of radiation being used by the heater to transmit that heat

I just replayed it and hear myself fine. I don't talk till like 20 second in. Maybe your TH-cam player is muted or your sound on your pc ? Btw its 2 years later 2023 and it still working. The other 2 I pulled out of the scrap yard did the same thing and they worked. Sold and never heard a complaint about them.
