"Pam translate"
I love it how she just casually explain it
TheVeguti first reply
Observationally lmao
Observationally nobody cares
@@epicgamer-fl6ud I read that in Jim Carry's voice
@Trihardious Maximus she's not even hispanic...
I like how Jim smiles after Michael says “that’s what she said”
Time stamp?
1:26
yeah it was improvised by steve
I think Jim smiled more at the fact that Michael accepted his dumb idea rather than the joke.
My favorite part is the implicit enormous hazard the hole makes
Meredith tripped on the hole and stumbled into Michael's car
Reginald Featherbottom III This happened after the accident.
Ha! Yes, the camera shows you how close to the door the face hole is.
The implicit enormous hazard the facehole makes.
Don't starve is awesome!
Phyllis: *When I was a little girl... *giggles**
That was incredibly cute
She was always a big gal
Lol I was about to comment that 😂😂 it makes me laugh so much 😂😭
Aqsa A. 🤣
I wondered what they did do tho.
the dislike is mark greg sputnik
LOL
That's true.

@@aaronryder4008 bruh watch the video...
I love the way Dwight both laughs and runs in excitement. Gotta love him. 1:06
Jim Morrison don't forget kevin
You a Doors fan?
Wait, are you Jim Morrison’s ghost?!
Lol he would've died
Dwight is excited whenever Michael does something
great acting
The way Michael yells "I love it" at 1:01 cures my depression
Wish it would cure mine lmao
@The Meticulous Gentleman The fact that you've spelt 'exercise' wrong yet your username is 'meticulous' is either an ironic mistake without equal, or you're a subtle comedic genius.
Similar to Creed's "I like it!"
@@billnyetherussianspy7505 your an idiot haha
Depression? Isn't that just a fancy word for feeling bummed out?
0:22 I love how Jim quietly says, "That is true" XD
Dwight: "force it in, as deep as you can"
Michael: (face in cement) "thhht's whhht shhhh sddd"
gets me every time 😂
HAAHHAHAHAHAHHA
It wasn't even in the script. Steve improvised the TWSS joke in this case.
We are here today, not to immortalize a man, but an idea. Maybe the idea of a man. Greatness is only skin deep, some people say. Well that’s not true. Other people believe it’s deeper inside. And in this case…That’s also not true.
Genius
Hurry please
Just something Jim learnt in his Public Speaking minor at college...
Lol
Most underrated speech of all time
Go, force it in as deep as you can
So many people are going to trip on Micheal's face
1:16 Jim’s commentary: “Greatness is only skin deep, some people say… Well that’s not true. Some people believe, it’s deeper inside. In this case… That’s also not true“ 😂😂
I love how they gave him a tiny little straw to breathe through in case of emergency😂

1:07 Kevin intentionally swiping Pam's papers off the desk. Too funny.
No he had them in his hands already
He tried to put the papers he had in his hands on the counter but they fell lol
“Force it in as deep as it can”
“That’s what she said”
1:29
Thats what you said
I didnt realize he said that lol
Soooo good 😂
I missed it thanks.
I loved how Dwight and Kevin ran out like kids going to recess
the office helps me fight depression
Same

Depression? Isn't that just a fancy word for feeling "bummed out"?
I love Jim’s casual “that is true” to Mark Greg Spudnik stealing Michael’s idea
*PAM TRANSLATE*
As if Kelly is speaking another lanuage 😂
outlander Pam translates
Language* IDIOT
Well I mean...she kinda does.
She speaks in pop culture references no one else understands, so it is another language lol
@@LINKKART8 hot do you know it's not Kelly's "lanuage" language?
Dam they even gave Michael a straw so he can breath while in there.
They're really thinking ahead eh.
i live in PA and really wanna drive over to scranton and see if his faceprint is still there
Ed Bond damn i totally forgot they didn't even film the show here RIP
kermit sewerside they did film in PA, but only the first season if memory serves
jcast25 No I think the only part of the show from PA is in the intro
this was in LA? how'd they get the snow?
anjopag31 I'm in Louisiana and they make snow every year for winter and also they make outdoor ice skating rinks. So in short, they just make it lol it's not hard
Who was hoping the cement dried and Michael's face was stuck.
Come on. Own it up.
^him
😆
guilty
Wow. Lot of people wanted to see Michael die of suffocation for some reason! Fascinating
Artem The GOAT the more you know
I’m on season 9 of my first run of the office and I can’t stop watching videos of Michael. The show just isn’t the same without him.
It really isn't....I will say Inner Circle is the funniest non-Michael episode
I was so terrified for Michael when I saw this for the first time
Taco Bell Especially when Phyllis was talking
Michael's energy in this scene is everything
Bless whoever keeps this channel alive
Mia Amusio it's whomever
Nayrad is right its 'whomever' and "bless" means 'to do nothing' and... "The Office US" is the uploader keeping this channel alive, its the official YT channel for The Office. Also, no period at the end of your sentence.
you must be fun at parties
Oops, I forgot a period.
It wouldn't be a channel without the viewers. So we are the ones keeping alive.
Apparently his “that’s what she said” here was improvised on the one and only take of this scene but it fits so well hahaha!
(also, that’s what she said)
if the internet is to be believed then pretty much every good line from every show was ACSHUALLY improvised... Ima need some proof here
I HIGHLY doubt that is true. it was too perfect of a setup, perfectly said with the comedy of saying it with face smushed
Absolutely 100% not true
@@SquinkyEXE It actually was improvised by Steve. In the Office Ladies podcast they confirmed that it was. The rest of the cast wasn't expecting it, but they didn't laugh and did it all in one take because they didn't want Steve to have to do the take again since his face was covered in plastic wrap and KY jelly was all over his face (because it wasn't actually vaseline they used to rub on his face, it was in fact KY jelly).
Michael: “I love it!”
Oscar: “That doesn’t seem safe.”
Michael: “I LOVE IT!!!”
I love Jim's little speech while Dwight is prepping Michael lol
Michael’s impatience at 0:27 is too much 😂
“Cmon let’s go UGHHHHH!”
I love it how Dwight laughs his ass off and sprints off to follow Michael when he realizes that he will be putting his face in wet cement.
I love how Jim just casually pranks someone that they think what they will be doing will be the best thing in the world.
Yes, he bullied everyone
@@Rew123 how is it bullying if
-Everybody has fun
-nobody gets hurt
-Grown men can behave like kids
I would die for a "bully" like this in my Office
How incredibly awesome it would've been if at the end of the office the final shot had been a shot of Michael's face print in front of the office
1:05 Dwights face Hahahaha
I love how Dwight and Kevin run like little kids :3
Dwight is is strange but Michael is strangER.....
good point ;)
Angela Kinsey was actually pregnant during season 4, when micheal pulls his head up from the cement, you can see her stomach :)
My favorite “That’s what she said!” This or the dinner party:
“Oh good! I’ll be your first costumer!”
“You’ll hardly be my first!”
“THATS WHAT SHE SAID!”
*”Look, kids, your daddy left that face hole!”*
Can we appreciate the fact that Jim's speech ended in the exact same moment Michael dived with his face
I love how he didn't have enough time to wait for Phyllis' answer but he had enough time to make a contraption so he could breathe then slather it in petroleum jelly
Not only did Michael manage to imprint his face in the cement, he did it while sayin the iconic words *that's what she said* .
and here lies the face of Michael Scott as he utters the words, "that's what she said,"
i love how it implies that no one told jim to make a speech, he just started talking and everyone went with it
I never noticed Dwight was rubbing Vaseline on Micheal
that's what she said
I noticed that straw for the 1st time 😂😂😂
0:16 Metal Gear Solid
I love how even though Michaels face is in the cement, along with tons of stuff on him he can still make out a “that’s what she said.”
1:50 that’s what she said
“pam, translate:” lmfao
"I can come back here when Im 100..." XD
*1:25** Spunk Bubble*
@1:08 Kevin's running form 😂😂
I love how jim was so proud with the dedication of that's what she said😂😂
One of my favourite moments from the show, absolutely hilarious. Makes it even better that Stanley isn't even looking at Michael.
I just love Dwight and Kevin running together, very supportive to Michael's. 😂
i hope they all come back at the very spot on the office's 50th anniversary and then make like a mini episode with holly and michael's childrens or grandchildren. That would be f*cking cool
But Michael will be the first to trip in that exact spot the next day. Which will force him to never forget it. The irony is palpable.
The way Oscar's lip shakes when he says safe 😂😂
I love how Kevin has to knock some papers on the floor in his excitement.
Michel: "It's a good feeling"
Construction crew: Fill that hole in the cement.
I am not easy to impress with ideas.
0:58 also me
"Hey kids, your daddy left that face hole."
This makes me laugh every time.
I don't know if it was something only I noticed, but @1:50 when the cement on his hair is still there. Man, these little things make me love The Office even more!
IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII LOVE IT !!!! 😂😂😂 I’m so in love with Steve Carell, even more so when i see him play Michael Scott !
"MGS"
Metal Gear Solid?
...a Hind D??
Michael Scott is my spirit animal “ i love it” 🤣🤣🤣
The shot of the ruined cement always gets me 😂
I just noticed Dwight gave Michael a straw to breathe while in the cement 😭
That wat she said 😁
I love the idea of Micheal seeing the cement and being so happy
I watched every episode but don't remember this, I just saw it for the first time.. don't know how that's possible, but I love it 😂
Jim is so awesome. He's plays off Michael's ego so well.
i'm so sad they didn't show the evolution of this fabulous facehole...
ComedyRoom10 but a rare and precious hole
Meh. It's just a cold open. If they showed the "evolution" of every cold open then the show would go completely off track and be disastrous.
cheesesteakphilly I agree with you it was just an ironic comment, I know that this hole existed just during this episode
That's what she said... or he said?
The funny part is they likely filled in the hole not that long after because that would be a huge tripping hazard
I love how Michael, Dwight, and Kevin run out of the room like children
The way Dwight ran out the door giggling killed me he has the funniest giggle and Stanley has the funniest laugh💀💀😂😂😂😂
phyllis KILLS me 😭
Please do the one where the office members place bets on random stuff amongst themselves!
the best “i love it” ever. 😂🤣😂🤣
One of my favourite scenes
Force it in, as deep as you can!
(Muffled) that's what she said.
I LOVE IT!
Dwights face when he runs out of the office. Love it
"that doesn't seem safe"
*"I LOVE IT"*
Phyllis makes me laugh everytime I watch this scene
The true joke of this video starts at 1:30. What is it?
"Here it is, you draw a picture, cause that just says so much more than words". That one cracks me up.
"Be--aus- that says more than wor--s---"
Big lol. I just love how he wanted to turn this in to philosophy course.
when you take Jim's prank seriously,..
Yeah. Because Holly would really want Michael to go back to Scranton and show their kids that crater. Smh
skits like these really brings out the attitude of each character in the office
The way kiven runs 🤣
iiiiii.... LOVE IT!
Can we get a best of Nate?
nate is lowkey hilarious
sorry, who is nate?
Dwight's low key funny assistant/warehouse worker.
There gona wipe the floor with your serves , piss all over your faces !
That was Rolf, Nate was
i dont technically have a hearing problem, but sometimes when theres alot of noises around, i cant distiniguish between them, and i kind of hear them as one big jumble. again, I dont technically have a hearing problem..
This has got to be one of my favorite cold opens ever
Love the way he put a straw to breathe like a snorkel
there was wet cement outside at work and my manager asked if i got this reference and i didnt because im a loser and havent watched the show yet
In my opinion they should've written that's what's she said
"I love it!... I love it more!" haha always gets me
I like how at 1:51 you can see cement in his hair and vaseline residue on his suit. Classic!
