Beaches - this place is the best; if one wants luxury accommodation then Banyan Tree. I stayed at Sanchaya when they first opened, should also be a good place after a few years operation. Best 2 - The Residence and Banyan Tree I'd say...

Phu Quoc is easy - JW Marriott Emerald Bay. KL and Langkawi most of the 5 star places similar experience... Four Seasons best in Langkawi...

very easy. book online bintan resort ferry. one hour journey by ferry, 5-10 services a day, and the resorts have complimentary pick up at bintan side...
