Hey guys, editor here! This one got stuck in copyright hell for a while, so I had to cut a lot more than I’d have liked, but I think it still holds up despite everything and hope you guys enjoy regardless. Much love!
28 Days Later has no zombies. Zombies are people who die and come back as the undead. The things in that movie don't die and come back. They are infected by a rage virus. It even says so in the movie.
@@NotSoFast7128 days later is by all intents and purposes a zombie movie. At least for the fact that it reinvigorated the genre by introducing running zombies
The Israel sequence was originally 20mins longer, all the production editing & CGI had been done when at the last moment a large section got cut. It became the most expensive deleted scene in cinema history
- That doesn't even make any Fncking sense, it was already done/made and paid for, that would be like a gourmet restaurant making a huge extravagant banquet for thousands and then just deciding to dump out all the carefully prepared Lobster and caviar dishes into the dumpster ... you know ... just because. @@nbucwa6621 - I understand that they have their reasons, but i still don't see the point once the money has already been spent. so a movie is a little longer, I doubt the viewers will complain with additional content that adds to the value of the show. My family tom me to the theater to see this for my birthday when it came out. Less than ten minutes into the movie the theater shut the movie down and had us evacuate. I guess a water main had broke so they couldn't let anyone stay in the building. It was one of the most trippy experiences. Having a whole theater staff coming in to explain that you have to leave the building right when the movie is showing a mass deterioration of society. This is one of my most favorite zombie movies. To answer the asthma question, I have asthma and once I start having an asthma attack and there's so inhaler, it will go on for hours until I get an inhaler. Simple answer is you can't get it under control. (If anyone with asthma has a different experience, don't hesitate to share)
I have also had astma for my whole life. Sometimes if it has been a very minor attack, basically that I can hear the whissle in my breathing, those I can get under cotrol without inhaler, but not the bigger ones. Ones got one so bad that I was convinced that I would have died if my friend didn't help me back to home to get my inhaler and even with that it took long time to get back to normal breathing. Can't say for sure, but I think I read somepoint years ago that you can die to astma attacks also if it's sevier enough.
Zombie/infected/apocalypse horror is my favourite movie genre. My dream career is to have my own film production company. Be it 2 or 20 years, it'd be an honour to have you as a comfortably jogging zombie🙌
30:50 What the heck would the sequel even be about, invisible soldiers mowing down helpless zombies? It would need new forced stakes, like the zombies suddenly becoming able to sense sick people, or someone evil making things worse for everyone. This story doesn't need a sequel.
@@TheDahaka1 idk, maybe he would've tried to get the vaccine to Russia since they distance themselves heavily from western stuff. That's all speculation tho, idek if I'm remembering the russia bit right tbh
The Japanese kid scaling his apartment building is one of my favorites. And the traumatized woman recalling her story as a little girl from the church where they were mercy killing their kids. So many wild stories. Now I'm officially due for a reread.
I gotta say Alex, it’s such a joy seeing a new video. I find myself going back and rewatching videos all the time. When I first started watching you I thought it was because I got to see funny reactions and really just a quick watch of a movie. There are two types of flares, road flares and projectile. Road flares are those sticks where you tear off the end and that ignites the magnesium mixture. Projectiles are the ones that fire into the air and due to the flame, falls slowly.
“All of us are dead” has ruined all of the zombie movies for me. It’s a series of 12 episodes but ouffffs it’s good. Would definitely recommend if someone hasn’t seen it, not just Alex but everyone who loves zombies genre would love it.

Re-upload due to copyright issues? I watch so many reactions of some movies I constantly feel deja vu... so their re-uploads that aren't marked drive me crazy!! 😂
I think it more for the "suspense" as people know what zombies are and "know" how to deal with them, and also people will argue about what a zombie is so if a movie has more then one kind of zombie like fast/slow one's they would get there own name's like walkers/runners
@Alex Hefner's TV & Movie Vault in regards to the asthma thing for me sticking my head in the freezer helped calm it down alot for me and my puppy (a chihuahua apparently there known to be good with asthma idk) she helped end alot of my episodes as well

I am sort of glad that I don't have asthma "attacks". I just can't breathe if I move! Lol.
1. 28 days later
2. Train to Busan
3. Dawn of the Dead
Top 3:
3.) Train to Busan
2.) Dawn of the Dead (2004)
1.) 28 Days Later 🔥
Zombie/infected/apocalypse horror is my favourite movie genre. My dream career is to have my own film production company. Be it 2 or 20 years, it'd be an honour to have you as a comfortably jogging zombie🙌
7:32 I’m sorry but Alex going fully karate defense position here is hysterical 😭😭
Jazz hands! 😂
1. Zombieland
2. Shaun of the Dead
3. 28 days later
26:31 ....speaking of professional tag, you should watch Tag (Jeremy Renner)
He would love this movie to much
Editor doing him dirty on those options xD
Resident Evil, Land of the Dead, and Original Dawn of the Dead....Cool, seeing 'Tulip' from 'Preacher' in here lol
31:10 was the best moment
For democracy🥶💯
6:35 JOEL AND ELLLLIE MENTIONED YAYA
30:50 What the heck would the sequel even be about, invisible soldiers mowing down helpless zombies? It would need new forced stakes, like the zombies suddenly becoming able to sense sick people, or someone evil making things worse for everyone. This story doesn't need a sequel.
Not exactly sure but I think i read somewhere that it would be about gerry going to Russia and fighting there
@@sheevpalpatine2231 Against zombies that don't attack him?
@@TheDahaka1 idk, maybe he would've tried to get the vaccine to Russia since they distance themselves heavily from western stuff. That's all speculation tho, idek if I'm remembering the russia bit right tbh
Favourite zombie movies:
1> Go Goa Gone (A bollywood zombie stoner comedy movie)
2> Train to Busan (A Korean zombie apocalypse movie)
3> World War Z
Btw the theme song of this movie is a banger
Do react to "the scout guides to the zombie apocalypse" ❤ hahaha
READ THE BOOK this was based on- there is multiple stories of awesomeness in it.
The Japanese kid scaling his apartment building is one of my favorites. And the traumatized woman recalling her story as a little girl from the church where they were mercy killing their kids. So many wild stories. Now I'm officially due for a reread.
Top 3 Zombie movies:
Dead Snow
Shawn of The Dead
28 Days Later
I gotta say Alex, it’s such a joy seeing a new video. I find myself going back and rewatching videos all the time. When I first started watching you I thought it was because I got to see funny reactions and really just a quick watch of a movie. I know now I keep coming back not to rewatch these movies, but for you. The funny reactions aren’t it, I look forward to watching you and connecting with you. I have a very similar sense of humor and it’s like we bros even though you don’t know me. Only been a few dudes on this platform I’ve been able to connect like this. Keep up the uploads my man, you got people who look forward to it
There are two types of flares, road flares and projectile. Road flares are those sticks where you tear off the end and that ignites the magnesium mixture. Projectiles are the ones that fire into the air and due to the flame, falls slowly.
3:52 You’re welcome 😇
“All of us are dead” has ruined all of the zombie movies for me. It’s a series of 12 episodes but ouffffs it’s good. Would definitely recommend if someone hasn’t seen it, not just Alex but everyone who loves zombies genre would love it.
cant wait for season 2, goated show
And a new season is coming this year !!🔥
Do you know when this year?😳
@corbean3038 no 🥲 on netflix when you go to the series it says " I'ts Official , another season is coming " 😭 but that could mean this year or next year 😔💔
I haven't heard of it but I'll definitely look it up
6:37 that's because you haven't started TWD yet. I am PUMPED for that!
7:09 there are two types of flares, ones that act like old torches, and ones you fire, usually with a flare gun
Alex your humor and energy is truly one of a kind❤ love your videos, they are such a joy. You make my day better everytime I watch you💙
Alex please join a zombie movie 7:02
and get the editor a raise for gods sake
top 3,
1: shaun of the dead
2: 28 days later
3:zombieland.
honorary mention to i am legend. (does that count as a zombie movie? i think it counts.)
Since you count 28 days later as a zombie movie, I guess you're fine with I Am Legend.
i’m sorry but zombieland was a trash zombie movie just funny fr
@CaptainFirefred I mean, the zombies in 28 days later, I think, are closer to being zombies than I am legend.
@AtreidesUS I don't think anybody praises zomblieland for being a GOOD zombie movie. The praise comes from being a good comedy with zombies.
@@seabass819 I get that, but since 28 days later are not the undead, but infected living, they are technically not zombies, equally diversing like I Am Legend
1. Train to Busan
2. 28 Days later
3. Zombieland
Honorable mention because idk if its technically considered Zombies but Overlord is amazingly disturbing
So glad you reacted to this one, love this thing!
1. Train to Busan
2.
3.
My top three Zombie movies
1. George A. Romero's Dawn of the Dead Director's Cut
2. Night of the Living Dead the 1990 remake
3. Land of the Dead
I swear he watched this movie
Re-upload due to copyright issues? I watch so many reactions of some movies I constantly feel deja vu... so their re-uploads that aren't marked drive me crazy!! 😂
TH-cam how could you not show me this 4 minutes ago 0:12
1. World War Z
2. Zombieland
3. Not a movie but: The Walking Dead
Hey alex very great video can u maybe watch top gun next?
I think somebody has a copyright on the term "Zombie". So not everyone is allowed to use it. But im not sure, can be complete missinformation haha
I think it more for the "suspense" as people know what zombies are and "know" how to deal with them, and also people will argue about what a zombie is so if a movie has more then one kind of zombie like fast/slow one's they would get there own name's like walkers/runners
Nobody has a copyright or trademark on zombie.
@Alex Hefner's TV & Movie Vault in regards to the asthma thing for me sticking my head in the freezer helped calm it down alot for me and my puppy (a chihuahua apparently there known to be good with asthma idk) she helped end alot of my episodes as well
My 3 favorite zombie movies are Zombieland, 28 Days Later, and Dawn of the Dead. I'd highly recommend watching 28 Days Later, then 28 Weeks Later, as 28 Years Later is coming out in theaters this year.
Gotta say - a brief browse of the comments and I'm loving the love for Train to Busan
literally rewatched this movie last week and still had to clock for this reaction, knew it was going to be a banger
Yeeees!! I was waiting for this lol I got the notification while I was at work , I got my food and jumped straight in after I got home 🎉
Amazing movie lowkey. Ur videos really bring fun in even dark times. Been going through alot and ur reactions have been very refreshing
Damn i never comment on your videos but here i couldn't help myself... The way you show zombies screaming is the best thing i've seen on youtube😂😂😂
this is my favourite movie!! thank you for reacting to it ❤ it may be old, but it's SO GOOD
The critical role clip was perfect
