I dont think vigilantes are okay but these two women's case is really relatable, though we might say same thing for other crimes too but whatever but those two too, really empathic.
I love the way the unsubs looking at each other and how ellen didn’t sold her out to the police. it’s like she knew she’s gonna be good on her own. i think ellen does have sociopathy tendencies to some degree but she cares enough and have enough empathy for darlene to let her get away with this instead of bringing her down with her
even if I do think that white women unsub (idk her name sorry) was a little sus in how easy she did everything I do appreciate that she covered for her partner and that she was genuinely proud when she got away, I think this is one of the eps that you might have mixed feelings about the unsubs but I do think they genuinely cared for each other
This episode is so good! The unsubs were both great and I loved how they balenced the justice between the woman who started to hate what they were doing and the one who started to like it. Not that the other lady didnt deserve any sort of punishment. Plus, not to mention, I always love a good Reid nerd moment!
I have so mixed feelings for one of theunsubs in this ep. Half happy for the one that got away but half she should pay for crimes too. The one that they caught - looked like she didnt have problem with killing and torture and that is not justice and not vigilante.
both should pay their crimes, everyone should but also also one is also vigilante, to be able to 'kill' people eve for 'justice', there must be something twisted or broken about you, otherwise, even for 'justice', you cant hurt other people without any feelings, the other woman is just bporn as psychopath, thats it. otherwise, she is still the same as other woman.
This episode was fantastic. Everything from the uniqueness of the act being chaining and dragging people through the streets. The fact that it's vigilante women driving by the death of a child the accomplice more personal than the alpha of the two and the twist with the guy responsible for raping and murdering the accomplices daughter. This one was an absolute gem to watch. Season 8 kicks off with two bangers so far. Time to see if the third episode can make it three.
Totally on the same page with you. Psychopaths & sociopaths can't rehabilitated if they've started killing. They have all kinds of psychological studies to back that up. Basically if you're having impulses but don't act on them you can get therapy and learn how to control those impulses but as soon as you act on them, you can't. Long story short, the whole escalation idea that Criminal Minds does is very accurate. This show is great with doing their research. I don't understand people having empathy with people who are evil. People having mental breaks is a completely different story. The people accusing you of having lack of empathy clearly don't understand psychology though.
