    మనకి ట్యూనా ఫిష్ దొరకదు కానీ dry ట్యూనా ఫిష్ దొరుకుతుంది
    దాన్ని వంజరం అంటారు భలే టేస్ట్ ఉంటుంది. Dry ఫిష్ లు అన్నీ ఆరోగ్యానికి మంచివే వారానికి రెండు మూడు సార్లు తినాలి తింటున్నాను కూడా ఆ టేస్ట్ ఏ వేరు లెండి ఆరోగ్యానికి ఆరోగ్యం, టేస్ట్ కి టేస్ట్.
    నేను dry fish ఎక్కడ కొంటానో తెలుసుకోవలని ఉందా?

    Flaxi seeds helped me to reduce Triglycerides &cholesterol from 270 to 175
    I used it for continuously 15 -20 grams daily in powder shape for 3-4 months
    But there is no increase in HDL

      ఫిష్ కర్రీ లో సాల్ట్ ఎక్కువ వాడ కూడదు. చింతపండు వలన ఉప్పు ఎక్కువ వాడుతారు. లేకపోతే టేస్టు రాదు.
