Sir mujhe chronic disease hai or 5 saal se me ghr pr hu career m bhi kuch nhi kar parhi isi vjh se or meri disease ka koi treatment bhi nhi milra mujhe .. medicine bhi mujhe nhi lagti mujhe irritable bowel syndrome or IBD hai … ab in situations k vajah se me depression me ja chuki hu… overthinking itni hoti h ki Kbhi Kbhi panic attacks bhi ajate hai … bht koshish ki in sbse niklne ki par kuch bhi nhi ho para hai … meditation bhi nhi krpati usi tym overthinking bht jada hojati hai … emotionally bhi kafi weak hogyi hu … kya Ap guide kr skte hai ?
