    'I've been using this machine for last 6 months to make 2-4 cups a day' then I understood why you're in such great shape. Great video

    Ano pong grind size niyo sa beans or usually clicks of manual grinder?

  • @reyskidude

    ha... i have the exact same setup: Pro 2 brewer, the same grinder, same black scale, same smaller scale... great setup if you're not keen on having a big machine on your counter top, and willing to learn the hard/manual way

      Happy brewing to us! Yes, it all started with the Flair and still learning a lot to date :)

    Thanks. Which grind size you using jx pro 2 ? Have one too and ordered flair 58. Thanks

    • @babescoffee373
      @babescoffee373  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      you can grind finer with the flair 58. for jx-pro my usual settings will be around 1.7 - 2.2 depending on the beans :)

    Hi! Mind if ask where’d you bought the mini black scale and the brand and model of your espresso machine? Thanks!

      bought the scale from Jackie of Manila Espresso and the brand name is weightman :) Espresso Machine is UNIC - you can check out decouverte's site for more info!

    Hello sir ano mas maganda unahin flair classic or a good grinder like jx pro. I have timemore c2 po

    • @babescoffee373
      @babescoffee373  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'd go for the flair classic so you can already start brewing espresso :) It will most likely be a hit and miss when dialing in beans using the c2 but you can always upgrade to the jxpro pag may budget na. Another option is to buy a 2nd hand flair signature that comes with the pressure gauge to save in the long run :)

    Solid! May I know anong setting mo sa JX-Pro?

    • @babescoffee373
      @babescoffee373  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I have the JX-Pro with the gray dot (2nd version?). For espresso, I'd normally start between 1.9 to 2.2 and adjust from there :)

    Hi Sir, is it advisable po for small coffee shop? Planning to buy that rather than espresso machine. Siguro nakikita ko kasi na mass low maintenance sya compared sa machine.

    • @babescoffee373
      @babescoffee373  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Rommel, yes, this can be used for a small coffee shop and you'd never go wrong if you're after the quality of output for customers. Please consider the volume of orders too. Everything is done manually so from my experience pairing the FP2 with an electric grinder, you'd need about 12-15 minutes to pull three shots of espresso. You can also buy an extra portafilter so you can pull back-to-back shots faster. Agree, wala halos maintenance and you can bring it anywhere you go :)

    • @rommelpelicano
      @rommelpelicano 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@babescoffee373 Hi. Is the FP2 can do three shots of espresso (90ml?) in just 1 pulling down of the lever? 😮
      Definitely i needed a electric grinder, bcuz manual grinding and manual espresso using FP2 is 💪
      Considering the volume, maybe ill be back to moka pot method if they can't wait 😅

    • @babescoffee373
      @babescoffee373  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@rommelpelicano max is around 40ml per shot using 1:2 ratio since the porta capacity is around 20g :) moka pot is also another option!
