it has something to do with stiffness sir, if earthquake acts along X direction..malaki ang Mz ng mga girders along X direction also because they will resist that equake force. otherwise mga girders along Z direction naman malaki ang Mz if equake acts along Z direction

sir paki check yong results ng Mz along X at Mz along Z sa mga beams kung magkakalapit ang values doon sa post processing kung i double click mo bawat members ... bakit sa Aking results maliliit yong mga values ng Mz along Z ... nasa 300 kN-m na yong Mz along X but yong display results sa members ng Mz along Z ay nasa 15 kN-m lang ... thanks
as a rule of thumb, most lowrise concrete building will govern in seismic design and not wind load. except for roofing trusses and purlins which is not part of seismic members
make sure sir typical ang framing plan per elevation na nakacheck before importing sa rcdc. otherwise, press one elevation at a time to design per level to avoid beam missing error
