Auburn is absolutely a destination place. Getting great players is something Auburn has done in the past but Gus stopped recruiting and then Harsin never did. Freeze has Auburn back and it’s only a matter of time before we’re competing for and winning Championships again‼️ WDE 🦅

We are going in the right direction at least in recruiting but we are not at the top yet, we started by gaining more traction around the state of Alabama, next step is WINNING the state which we are getting there but we have to finish, once we win the state for 2-3 years then we can start recruiting well NATIONALY. That’s the steps in recruiting however if we play great on the field then getting to that third step could happen soon however I think it will be at least two years till we are a playoff team
I believe if we can finish top 5 this year in recruiting that Hugh and staff will have enough talent across the board to potentially make a run at the CFP. I mean look what happened last year. Auburn was a handful of plays and an overlooked opponent away from winning 3-4 more games last year. And with a top 20, top 10, and a top 5 class to significantly increase roster talent, I think Hugh gonna do something special.
@@anthonyhensley5050 looking back at my comment I think I messed up my wording in the last sentence cause I said it will take two years to be a playoff team and I think I meant to say a championship team because I think Auburn could 100% be a playoff team in 2025, and I think we will be right outside the playoffs this year 8-9 wins
@@braydenharris325Auburn has never really recruited nationally. Most of our classes have historically been made up of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Sometimes as far out as Texas, but we’ve never really recruited out west save for the rare player here or there and they usually have Auburn ties

Whats crazy to think about is auburn is able to get top 5 classes without having the on field success recently. Now imagine if Auburn starts winning consistently at a high level. Its not far fetch to think Auburn could have a top 3 class every year if they are winning.

Did he really say auburn is becoming the destination place?? This is a situation with a great head coach who can recruit plus a good NIL situation. Auburn has a long way to go before it’s a “destination” place
i am an auburn fan and I agree. We are currently recruiting the state better than alabama but we need to compete for the SEC and get into the playoffs before thats the case. We are definitely becoming more relevant for recruits in alabama but it will take time to become THE destination

I don’t understand why you’re scared. As an auburn fan I was so excited and fired up when saban came to Alabama and started dominating recruiting. I loved knowing that the iron bowl would be so huge. I want Alabama to be dominant and at the top. I don’t wanna go to the iron bowl if Alabama isn’t a contender. Even when Alabama was dominating recruiting and winning all their titles i was never scared of Alabama. I always thought we could win the iron bowl and we won several of them and blew a few of them in the past few years.
