I like Hitcher as well. I would get it for DVD. The Hitcher 2 was confusing but watchable. However the remake made it worse and was so stupid. The Director only did music videos? Wow, that's sad.
Seems more like a sequel to The Hitcher 2: I've Been Waiting. Guy dies, girl survives and deals with the hitcher. Same story if you ask me. Used to own this but i got rid of it because it is just the same plot line in every identical way. I thought Sean Bean did a pretty good job, but needed some new ideas.
17:12 to 17:30 Sophia Bush can play badass characters usually real well.. if you thought she was f rate here i say it was more a case of script being the problem so really not Sophia's fault. Matt check out her fight scenes in shows like "Chicago pd" for proof this woman has talent and a great look

What I was referring to was that Platinum Dunes was considering the idea of remaking Rosemary's Baby with Michael Bay producing but THANKFULLY, that didn't go through. Plus The TV mini series isn't considered canon, meaning it's NOT, in my book, apart of the Rosemary Baby story.

The only horror movie remakes I liked in the 2000s were Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Hills Have Eyes, and House of Wax. I know Matt likes the Dawn of the Dead remake but that shit is highly overrated IMO.
