My 70/70 Sampo was better than that trial one lmao, with a bunch of unupgraded gear. Because I already stacked break effect, then got that buff on top.

In case people missed it 9:15 - Effect Hit Rate needed ~67% to guarantee ult. Other attacks you hit multiple times, so you don't need to target that EHR.
With the wind set the energy recharge 2 piece might be better for spamming ult tbh But i use the effect hit rate one that gives more atk since its quite better
He doesn't need recharge if he's on thief 4pc, which I prefer over wind set because he gains basically nothing from the advance forward. The refund mechanic, the bounce number and the break refund from the set add up really fast.
More turns is good even if he doesn’t need to stack E, just more SP for the rest. Ult spamming is also kinda useless because he does like 9k dmg even with code’s 3k atk…
@@-grumpygold1155 Ult "spam" is for breaking weakness bar with break effect Sampo (you'll just want to get the energy and hold to guarantee it). But every break effect build needs break effect rope, and he doesn't suffer from not getting an ERR rope with the right set.

It might on occasion let him squeeze another skill in for breaking, but you're better off just holding ultimate to do the break instead in case it's not your turn. At least, that's how you can gear your character regardless of the enemy speeds, which is how the build needs to be aimed since it will not limit your character to specific content. With multiple enemies, the thief set refund will recover his ultimate quickly, and with only one boss you just need a bit of speed since you'll want to spam skill for fast breaking. That combined with his low cost makes ERR overkill.
Totally love that people are making Kafka content already and blowing right past blade. Gives me a lot to plan for. But with the new relics coming along…

Once Kafka comes out, you could "activate" all DoTs with her skill, immediately dealing the damage that enemy would receive on their turn. So you wouldn't have to wait for the enemy turn.
I think this is to show how much he does dmg without other characters' DoT. for example using serval then her shock will mix in the total dmg right, when we wanna see how much the dmg from his wind shear alone
so if sampo skill 54%*5= 270% DoT dmg scaling doing around 17000 dmg Kafka is at 299% scaling gonna do about 20000 dmg so in a turn on enemy with 5 stack wind shear and kafka shock gonna do about 37000 dmg so in a single turn Sampo E4 skill could do 30k dmg + kafka proc all the dot 37k dmg + enemy turn to take the DoT again 37k dmg = 104000 dmg per turn. without factor in Asta atk boost DoT dmg and speed to get extra turn in. *jesus....*
No one asked but let me have this to feel better about my f2p account 😂 I have a 13 spd atk% main inert salsotto rope and it also has crit chance sub. If it has cdmg it would've been almost perfect. But it's still my favorite piece because I like penta rolling speed. It's my hobby in e7 (which I quit recently 😏) second favorite would be my quantum set helm with 10 spd from just 3 rolls, 2+2+3+3
Id really try building him, but the game gave me only 1 sampo, it also decided to give me e6 Dan Heng and e6 QQ(so those are getting build first), maybe if I roll on Kafka banner I'll get some sampos then I'll try to build him, but if looks like his eidolons are a lot of his damage especially his e4 and e6, which I won't have any time soon.

@@MrGshinobi Yes. Also speed, effect hit rate until you have enough to land consistently, and wind damage of course. Break effect is pretty cracked, you can sacrifice some atk% for it and it'll scale the damage further considering attack buffs from other sources.

I was at 2.8k attack, with both of them attached tried removing the link rope and it's still showing 2.8k attack.... any guesses?
What about good night sleep well for sampo, the description says you can increase damage on debuffed enemies by 15% per debuff. And it includes dot too, so total of 45% dot increase no?

You dont need that much EHR, you normally want about 44-67% (sure, you increas the Real Effect Chance of your E, but then you are already caping out on your REC of your Ultimate. You also want other Stats.) Edit: Nvm, he mention it later 3. His 4 Eidolon isnt half of Kafkas Passive, because she can trigger all kind of DoT dmg and he can just trigger Wind Shear DMG.
