I’m glad I found your video. My truck is a 1980 Dodge W150. I’m wondering about the speedometer cable if it can be used or if it would be a better option to use the gps connection. Your thoughts on both of those. Thank you.
Hey buddy, I just saw your comment. There is no option to run the factory speedo cable to these gauges so your only option would be the GPS feature or wire in a speed sensor.
Hello I am getting ready to order these gauges But I have a question on the speedo....do they use the mechanical cable? Or do I need to find some digital sender?
I needed this BADLY, THANK YOU!
Just saw your comment, thank you 👍
I commented earlier, I meant these gauges
I got you 👍

They offer a GPS sender that you can use or if you have a late model rear axle, you can wire it to the speed sensor.
Thank you very much, this video was super helpful doing some digital gauges on my 73 club cab!
I'm sorry, I just saw your comment, I'm glad this video helped you!
What about the voltage limiter on the back of the dash?
The entire assembly gets removed and you only keep the dash bezel
Pair these gauges up nicely with the gauge panels I make for these trucks.
I just check out your page man, you make some pretty cool stuff!
so do you use the complete backing for the factory stuff or snip the plug and wire from that?
You would snip the plug and wire it up wire by wire 👍
Calibration?
For?
Price up $200 in a year, crazy
👍
