    A normal explanation without going through several important life stories and emotional meltdowns? It's an achievement in these times.

    interesting about the induction plate. Thank God I kept some of my old pots. I made rice today and it took forever to boil the water. Very new to this.

    Rectangular pan doesn't change the fact that there are circular heat points underneath with dead zones between them.

    I haven’t used my gas burners for four years since I got my two induction burners. Induction is really the best way to cook and is the most eco friendly.

      Mark Chen "slow and low for scrambled eggs...much better texture."
      DIFFERENT texture, not better texture. American-style scrambled eggs are better off made at moderately high temperature, while French-style are better made at low temperature. Two different experiences, and both are wonderful.

    Induction is the wave of the future. But so is a plant-based diet. I love induction for not putting gas fumes in the air. Better for anyone with breathing issues. Induction means no more over-cooked veggies. Anything which is a cleaner way to cook, is better for someone like my husband who had cancer. It wasn't vegetables which gave him cancer.

    I'm sorry, if I'm super busy in the kitchen I don't want to have to scope around multiple touch panel controls to make fine adjustments to a burner temperature. One small twist of a knob beats 3+ button pushes any day.

    If I need to cook candy to a hard crack (300 degrees), how would I utilize the induction? It usually takes about an hour to reach 300 degrees so that the water boils out. If the induction unit is cooking faster, how will I know if it has achieved the hard crack needed for hard candy? Thank for your assistance!

Finding oil temp hard to control with induction, either too hot or too cold. Ive cooked on old style electric, induction, gas..... gas is still the best.

      So the lioness that eats an antelope is a murderer? Nonsense. There is nothing immoral about eating meat, and your PETA Newspeak doesn't change that fact.

    • @realsushrey
      @realsushrey ปีที่แล้ว

      @@seikibrian8641 Lioness will die if she does not kill the antelop. It is on God that she has to kill the antelop. I clarified that I have no problem feeding my cat fish, because the cat will die if I don't do that. Meat is fine if humans need it to be healthy, it is not fine if they don't. I am not affiliated to PETA. I understand your anger and frustration, I just ask you to look into harms vs. benefits of meat diet from both perspectives some day.
      The lioness had murdered the antelop if she kills it unnecessarily. Humans killing animals to eat then is not exactly murder the way shooting for fun is. However, what is under question is whether humans have a decent choice in that situation or not.

    This was pretty useless. Especially as far as wok cooking. The sides of the wok won’t get hot. So it won’t work at all the way you are used to. Her demo was pathetic and silly.
