The discussion about upholding scrum really resonated with me. In my work as a school psychologist, I was responsible for upholding the state legislative code, which aligns with the federal code for students with disabilities. Terminology and compliance mattered, and I'm learning here that my courage in speaking up is a valuable skill that shouldn't be taken for granted.

SAFe has nothing called daily standup. It is called Team Sync
(Maybe they are using some old deprecated version?)

What’s an impediment?
An impediment is something that hinders or obstructs progress or movement for the scrum team that cannot be removed by themselves. Picture a huge tree that laying in the middle of the street from a storm...blocking you from getting to your final destination. It can be any obstacle or barrier that gets in the way of achieving a goal.

Scrum is not revelation from above the seven heavens, it will have its advantages and disadvantages like anything else created by man, take it easy unc😂
Certainly, Scrum is not a silver bullet. However, it does a great job of highlighting impediments in a complex environment, which it is made for. Thank you for your support and reply.
