David makes a lot of very good pts as far as bringing in the right staff not just the head coach. My hope is if the jags get Ben Johnson then Robert salah will be the dc. Salah having past head coaching experience can go along with Johnson bringing in a staff. As far putting a staff together from scratch I have to think someone like Aaron Glenn has more connections and a better ability to do this. Great stuff.

IF Ben Johnson falls through, the dark horse signing could be Seve Sagnuolo. Why? He battle tested, and got the pieces in place to make the defense elite. And if Steve can reach out to Eric Bieniemy, the Jags could be the KC Chiefs of the South in this up for grabs division.
With Baalke around we will never have a truly great roster. Best thing we can do is get a culture guy in the building and hope he can dispel the rot that Shad's cowardice and apathy has allowed to fester.
If you check the preseason spreads for the year and before all of the injuries, Vegas thought the Jags had a decent team. This season was the outcome of bad coaching. Trent is not as bad as the media portrays.
