      They don't sell because they are deemed or termed "white elephants ."
      Too big , high maintenance, too much upkeep, impossible to keep clean (without a cleaning contractor) ugly ,out of date , too environmentally unfriendly, ostentatious and simply unsuitable and unaffordable, for the average person.
      And in 2024 , not current to the way people think about things financially , and sustainability.
      And as much as the top ten percent of the world's population who can afford it think, the remaining 90 percent think like the above .
      Realistically.
      That's why they don't sell .
