To answer your question regarding vasanas or Vasana of a Sage : Ek Sage ki choti choti vasanas bhi Godly hongi, for example jahan kahi pe bhi ladayi ho rahi hogi toh uska inclination ladne ki taraf nahi balki uss mind ko samajhne ke prati hoga jo ladna chahta hai , ek Sage ka mind bachpan se hi curious tarah ka hoga jisme wo apni life mai kisi bhi tarah ke event ko Study karne mai interested hoga ya study karne ki taraf inclined hoga rather than complain karne ke. Ek sage ke liye duniya waale kya sochenge ye bohot jada matter nahi karega, uske liye sabse jada important hoga ki uske dimag mai kya chal raha hai at any given point of time. Basically uski Vasana aisi hogi jo har event ya adversity mai Spiritual Oil nikaal sake (Chahe sukh ho ya dukh ho). Uski issi quality ki wajah se usko Impermanence dikhne lagegi dheere dheere physical world mai. Uski yahi small small vasanas ek combined Godly Vasana develop kar degi which will help him to go beyond physical world one day. Thank you for guidance Sir! I think a sage should be free from all vasnas including ‘mukti’. Because the desire of mukti is itself a vasna.
Mukti ki vasana se bhi mukti, "mukt" ho ke hi milegi na. Isliye jab tak bandhan hain, tab tak bandhano ko pehchanne aur mukt hone ki vasana hi to zaroori hai. Jaise ek chooha pinjare mein band hai, to pahle usme pinjare ko samajhne aur usse nikalne ki vasana hogi ichha hogi tab to niklega usse. Aur jaise hi wo free hua, free hone ki vasana bhi khatam ho gayi.🙏

Dear Ashish what gurus tell their disiples I dont know but in our accident books it is clearly explained that these chakras are not in physical form they are on the electric field of three nadi( which are parallel to back bone ) but these both are energy field and similar location as said to physical body.
