Great video! I've done a few ciders now using Lallemond saison yeast and ive enjoyed it a lot. I did one where i added 4lbs of frozen mixed berries during primary. Very tastey, very tart, which i enjoy

There's a cidery by me that has a dry hopped cider that is really good! I think it's called hoppin' Johnny... I should try that too!

Hey, at what stage did you add the pectic enzyme?
You add it right at the beginning during the juice before fermentation. 5 drops per gallon of cider.
