  • The archipelago of the Bissagos Islands is a dream destination. A labyrinth of 88 islands belonging to Guinea Bissau which have been recognised as a Biosphere Reserve by the UNESCO. A unique ecosystem owing to its biodiversity and abundance which is a treasure for biologists such as Raúl León who are passionate about the small creatures which pass unnoticed. As he explores he discovers armour-plated insects, fish which live out of the water, amphibians capable of surviving for months far from water, snakes which bite without opening their mouths… The Bissagos Islands on the west coast of Africa have a lot to offer those who love the wildest and most hidden Nature.
