You should make a video on how you clean and do water changes on your fish tanks considering most of your fish are aggressive. you have some of the cleanest and clear tanks I have seen but your fish would love to take a finger off.
Love getting my dovii fix from your channel mate. My ultimate goal is to have a large male Dovii one day, its not possible at the moment but that's the goal for the future. It would be a dream to have as many as you have 👍

I just got one for the first time, only about 2 inches, he's an interesting little guy, looks nothing like the mature version that I've seen pictures of on google as of yet, much like many juveniles. But he has a voracious appetite and seems to mostly keep to himself. Sort of a strange demeanor in the tank, he is supposedly a wild caught fish although I cannot verify that, he often hangs out/swims vertically, basically always seems to have his eyes on the surface of the water to see if there's any food lol, he was the first fish in the tank to start eating off of the surface

I've been out of the fish hobby for over a year now (not by choice). But I used to keep dovii and I had a absolute stunner male paratilapiA bleekeri One day soon I'll get fish again
I just got 3 small bleekeri 2.5-3 inches I'd say, very pretty fish. Two are very dull with a light brownish/grey color with the spots but the third one which is the most dominant of the three and the tank actually is much darker, closer to black with the iridescent spots and is so cool looking, I'm curious/hopeful that the other two will follow suit as all three were that same dull color as the other two I got them all about a week ago. Do you know if the males and females are typically the same color? Or maybe the females stay dull? I'm not too sure but hope the other two get darker/more colorful as time goes on, as I said have only had them for 9 days so plenty of time. I also just had to give away a dovii as well actually, had him in a community tank and it was just barely working but he was getting more aggressive by the day and just causing too many problems (killed a flowerhorn, jack dempsey and jewel and almost killed a much smaller than himself managuense...
I do have a few batches of fry now, from 1/4inch up to 2.5inch. I'm not getting a very high % changing colour as of yet. May be that will change as the grow more.

u got some larger fry yet boss ? the new 1 is nice cant wait to see him fully peel if he does :)

I still have that Male beani you brought up, he still wont accept my female. They are in with a divider still.

How do you tell the difference between male and female it's really easy with the Blues but with Red's it's harder.
